« The ResidenZ at Bavarian Inn was a perfect place for my siblings and me to have a mini family reunion. Check-in was a breeze. There were 11 of us, all adults, and we found the home to be comfortable, spacious and met all our needs. We were there for 4 nights and had most of our meals at the residence. « WHERE TO START?!! I’M NOT KIDDING If you are planning a trip to the Frankenmuth or Birch Run area, you need to book your stay here. If I could give our host, Ryan, and his property, ten stars instead of five, I would without hesitation! There were so many extra touches that were in Ryan’s rental including, but certainly not limited to, bottled water in the refrigerator, a bag of ice in the freezer, laundry soap/dryer sheets, q-tips/cotton pads, creamers/sugar packets for the Keurig coffee...

« Great place to stay! Very close to Bronners and just a short drive to downtown Frankenmuth! We only had 4 in our group but the house was well equipped for larger groups and children. « The house is older but was redone very well. It's perfect for a small family or couple of friends. The backyard has a large table and chair and a fireplace. We tried out the hanging chairs, and they weren't for us, but would be a cozy spot for kids to relax. Overall it was a great vacation and Kaeley was a great host. »

« We were so impressed with The Montford. The house was so well taken care of, and had everything we needed. No detail was overlooked! We had two families plus my mother, and it was the perfect amount of space. Location-wise, we were less than a min walk from Main Street, where we spent a majority of our time. Chris, the host, checked in on us and was extremely responsive when I asked a question. Could recommend this property enough! »

« We stayed at the property for a Ladies Church Retreat and it was a fantastic stay. The property was large enough that we all had room to spread out. We were especially pleased at all the little touches, such as plenty of towels, room fans, and blankets that made our stay so comfortable. Communication from the host was excellent. »
