« Front desk lady ( Mexican,Latino, Spanish) was very rude!!! Property is dirty and unkempt. Room was run down, floors and carpet needs to be replaced. Toilet paper was cheap, had to use a whole roll in one day and when you asked for more toilet paper, staff act like they didn’t want to give you any. Pool conditions were terrible as well, hot tub looked like it was used as a toilet. During checkout, same front desk lady was rude and displayed terrible customer service. »

« Veronica is an excellent property manager and this showed not only in her cheerful presence but in the staff and the smooth way the place operates night and day. We stayed for a week and found the location perfect for errands, meals, and convenience- avoiding much of the awful Nashville traffic. The room was quiet, roomy and had a great bed. We’ll be back! »

« Woodsprings staff are very rude. Doesn't matter the location especially this one. They no oven, Stove no pots . They don't have many wash rags or towels. If you book through Expedia, you may not get the room you want based on what the supervisor told me that works here now. The smoke alarm system goes off almost every other or night, It's hard to sleep. People talk outside of the rooms all day and in front. There are a lot of sick individuals around this property.
