« Tout était parfait »

« Good hotel for a couple nights if you don't want the extras. Check-in was fast and efficient, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about. I felt safe in the hotel. »

« Staff was wonderful. Not sure what was going on in the lobby and other common areas but the main doors were always propped open with box fans running. It is a non smoking property but the hallways had a stench of old cigarettes. Pool was ice cold and small which my kids were unable to really enjoy. Whirlpool was blocked off and covered so that was unavailable. Room was fairly clean when we arrived and we had to ask for our trash to be taken out and linens replenished (we were there for 3 days). ...

« This property needs renovation. Our bathroom had plaster dust on the door, floor, and shelving. The carpet was stained and needs replacing. It was otherwise good. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. »

« There were roaches in the room. During a trip from Georgia to Raleigh, NC, our alternator unexpectedly failed at 3 a.m., and we limped into the hotel parking lot. We spent the night while Firestone in Thomasville, NC, kindly replaced the alternator. Unfortunately, we could not get a clear estimate for when the car would be ready. The hotel front desk insisted on payment for another night. Thanks to one of the housekeepers, we were able to check out later with two people and a service dog,...

« Great hotel, and affordable!!! The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall the property was clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, we loved our waffles! Only negatives were the hotel has a odd smell, that carried from the lobby to hallways. The pool was green and gross. It's October so one one was gonna swim anyway but my kid kept looking out the window at it and saying it was gross. Negatives were not bad in my book. I am glad to have found this hotel I do travel to...

« The overall appearance was nice »
