« Très propre »

« I was on the first floor corner. Lake view. Very quiet. Lights switches are weird. Hard to find, no light switch when you first walk in. Have to use lamps in the dark. Clean. Parking is bad for back rooms. Breakfast sucks. Not good coffee and no fruit or anything just sugary junk. All in all i would stay again if in the area even though It's not what I'm used to, but the people were nice and I had my privacy. »

« Not sure why this hotel has high ratings. All night you heard trucks gearing down as they passed by on the highway. Once arrived we were informed that the elevator was not working, so your only option was the stairs. Not sure how they were accommodating any with handicaps or disabilities, was asked if we need assistance. The room was not outstanding, the bathroom shower glass door was not wiped properly and the floor and baseboards were not clean. The floor in the bedroom area squeaked. The...

« Although the clerk on arrival was very quiet, the staff in general was very friendly. Breakfast options were good and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot chocolate, coffee, and tea in the lobby upon arrival. »

« Everything was great. We left before they were serving breakfast, but the staff offered items we could take with us on the road. Kudos to the staff for going above and beyond. Will stay there again when traveling thru the area. »

« Parking is sometimes impossible to find a spot except very far away. The rooms are never clean. We have stayed here several times now and only come back because we have a hard time finding anywhere else that will take our dogs. However, this last time made us decide we would rather sleep in our car than to stay at this hotel again. They need to take time to deep clean the rooms every so often because the walls and trim is thick with grime. The comforters have been stained. Half the lights never...

« Honestly, I couldn't do better for the price. The room was clean, and that was all I needed. I think the pool was out of service while I was there but that didn’t affect my experience at all. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in recommending places to eat. »

« Facility is currently under construction for updates. Our room was recently updated but the construction crew unfortunately darted some of the tile work and it does not look or feel clean »

« Check in was chaotic. Phone ringing off the hook, line in the lobby, and only one receptionist. Another person came in to help. Some people were having issues with no heat or hot water in their rooms and they were having to switch rooms. The Second Lady that came to help was super rude and short with one man needing to change rooms. With the hotel filling up, due to spring break, the manager hiked the prices to $133. Crazy for such an unprepared hotel. Thankfully everything worked in our room....

« On sent bien que les proprietaires essaient de faire des efforts pour rendre l’endroit accueillant mais il y a tellement de travail. Nous ne somme pas resté la chambre sentait vraiment le tabac et pourtant c’etait une non fumeur (en tout cas dans notre reservation). Il y avait en effet comme on peut le lire ailleurs des insectes et nous ne sommes pas fan de partager notre lit avec. Il a fallut a plus de 20h trouver un nouvel hôtel. Experience décevante. »

« Personnel était très cordial et une petite mention spécial "Good luck" était afficher à la cafétéria pour la course Spartan. J'ai trouvé ça très gentil d'avoir ajouté cette petite pensée. Le service au chambre était parfait. »
