« The property is maxing, the beach is literally your backyard! There is room for two cars to park easily, although there is a rather steep curb right at the edge of the driveway which scraped the bottom of my car (my guess is it’s in case of flooding). The instructions were clear and communication was great. It was a lovely weekend. »

« Comfortable overall including beds. Nice view from most rooms. Enough dinning/kitchen space for our group of 7. Back porch/ deck was a plus. The only issue was, the upstairs tub had been repaired and was a little weird but did not leak and when hanging a face cloth on the towel rack, it fell of the wall as if had been previously glued. We all still enjoyed our stay. »

« We were very happy to find this huge house, with an elevator, for our family as we were evacuated from Cape Hatteras. However, even if comfortable, a lot of things were missing in the kitchen: small glasses for juice and kids, small plates for breakfast, light over the stove (in a microwave over the stove but not functioning so it was very dark when cooking mostly at night); a lot of pans where used and scratched. « This was an amazing place to stay with my husband and dog, Goliath. I had frequent, pleasant commutation with the host and was really impressed with how clean the space was. The beach is right outside the door and had very few people during ginger (7am-10am and 4pm-8pm) hours. Great restaurants within 10 minutes. No one minded my dog on the beach and there were many dog friendly restraints close by. »

« Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last. »

« We had a wonderful stay in Norfolk, Virginia, at OV. The room was very clean, exactly as described, and just a very short walk to the beach. We brought our dog, and the area was perfect for walks and relaxing. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay again! »
