Comté de Lubbock : recherchez des hôtels

« Ne venez pas ici, l accueil du personnel est horrible. L hôtel en lui même serait bien mais l accueil est vraiment détestable !!! Jamais vu à ce niveau... »

« Room was decently clean. Top duvet cover was dirt/ stained. Overhead light in bathroom didn’t work but luckily the light around the mirror did. Hair on wall of shower. Walls not sound proof: you could hear conversations, tvs, and dogs. We were on the 2nd floor. Had a young family right next door. They left for 4 hours and left their dog alone in the room. The dog barked and whined off and on the entire time. When I let the front desk know (after the 1st hour), she seemed irritated but obviously...

« Other than there being crumbs on the dresser right in front of the TV and different sizes of hair on one of the beds, it was fine. »

« Séjour agréable et très bien en général. Les deux points à améliorer sont l’horaire du petit déjeuner qui finit à 9.00, c’est très tôt. Et l’isolation de la tuyauterie … vous entendrez le voisin prendre sa douche ou tirer la chasse d’eau. Dommage! »

« Perfect location and staff were extremely friendly. »

« Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I travel pretty frequently! The check-in was late due to the rooms not being clean yet which made everyone have to get ready in a rush to make it time for the Ella Langley concert which a lot of people were probably late to because the check-in was so late. When I finally got checked in half of the lights in the room didn’t work. The drains were clogged in the shower and toilet, and the towels were full of blood! Alex up at the front desk was very helpful...

« We loved this hotels »

« Bien pour une etape »

« C'était un séjour étape que pour dormir donc c'était suffisant et le prix très attractif. Niveau accueil on peut mieux faire, personnel pas très à l'écoute, petit déjeuner basique, le coin piscine est assez abîmé - après la chambre était spacieuse, propre et au calme. »

« Excellent stay! »

« Kayla was very helpful and friendly while checking in. She communicated well with me on the processes for checking out and the refund policy for the deposit. My visit to Lubbock was work related, and the motel was within minutes of the civic center. Affordable and fairly quiet. »

« Great breakfast »

« Bien et pratique »

« Great location close to events. »

« I always stay here when I come to Lubbock but that may change next time. Not really a “ bad “ rating but the $5 a night parking is something new to me, the breakfast “ bar “ is nothing to brag about. Wish they would have healthier options like with the yogurt, some kind of granola, more fruit other than apples and oranges. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel with your average noise with kids running the halls late at night and the people above you sounding like they’re wrestling on the floor....

« Good clean rooms. 10 out of 10 »

« Not a great breakfast but there was lots of it. »
