« We booked through Expedia for a last minute trip. Upon getting to the hotel, we were unable to access our room due to the door key pad dying. The personal onsite has to use the master physical key to open the door. He informed us if we left the room we would get locked out and would need to ask for assistance again. Once we finally got in, we noticed there was mold on the curtains hanging over the window unit. I made comment with the associate in the room. After he left, we inspected further and...

« The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and the hotel sent an email every day to check on us. The room we got was a King with a jetted tub. The tub was amazing. The room was large and clean. The AC worked excellent and there was a sofa, chair and small side table in the room, along with a desk and rolling chair. We were on the second floor, but we didn't hear must noise. »

« The carpet was super stained and the kitchen staff was so overwhelmed that I had to get a refund for breakfast; I waited for 30 minutes without the server coming to take my order after I was greeted. On the plus side the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The person at the front desk was very helpful in helping with the refund for breakfast. »

« When I got at my motel it was not clean it looked like they just made the beds and that was it got put into another room it was a lot cleaner than the first room was not sweat they did not move stuff to clean underneath like the microwave underneath it was nasty »
