« The front desk staff during the day and overnight are extremely friendly and accommodating. Some things seem a bit run down (broken gym equipment, out of order game room, pool/hot tub area) but the rooms, lobby, and breakfast area are very well kept. Only complaint about the room is the shower is strangely narrow, slippery, and a large step when you get out, exercise caution. We had a great breakfast one morning (female staff member) the next day, same breakfast offering, but the male staff...

« It was a nice stay. The bathroom needed some touching up. The outside really could have used some clean up. There was a totally full trash can by the door and it had been there for a while because it smelled awful. The pool was nice. »

« It was very clean but there were no toiletries other than soap. There was no coffee or coffee maker. There is a kitchen but there were no utensils, so basically useless. You can purchase a coffee maker and utensils. If only there was at the very least a coffee maker and coffee then I would have given 4 stars. The place was definitely clean as a whistle though and for non coffee drinkers it would be great. »

« Our room was huge, clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. We had some confusion about parking but eventually got that straightened out. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Very interesting hotel in a former woolen mill. Old equipment placed throughout the hotel. Room was comfortable and the shower was great. Didn’t try the restaurant but it looked very nice. Went to the brewery taproom across street for beer and live music. Beautiful setting. »
