« Very slow check in »

« Third stop that began from Calgary. Nice and calm. After a 1212 km drive, we needed a good bed and it did the job. I recommend. »

« Room had a strong smell of smoke. Worker while check in do not greet us or made eye contact. Breakfast lack food such as milk, fruit, etc. »

« Gross »

« There was no box of tissues and no soap at the bathroom sink »

« l'hôtel est de très bonne qualité. le seul reproche est que la chambre n'était pas faite après un départ à 10h ou 10h30 le matin. C'est impecacable pour les gens en businees trip mais pas pour les personnes en vancances avec leur famille. dommage car le reste est de très bonne qualité. séjour très agréable malgré tout. »

« The facility and room were clean. The breakfast offerings were excellent! Hot meal with plenty of options. Great facility at a reasonable price. »

« Comfortable befs »

« Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even helped us with an early check in. »

« After checking in, we had trouble with getting the TV to work. A staff member came to our room and explained it was a new system. It took over half an hour by the staff member to get reception. Even after that we had trouble finding the stations we wanted to watch. The extra steps we had to take to find stations were ridiculous, There was no list of stations provided, and we had to search through the entire station menu until we found the station we wanted. I have never seen that kind of a setup...

« Stayed here just for one night but everything was excellent. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here. »

« Accueil un peu froid »

« A truly wonderful experience. I’ve a short wife, she called and asked if she could get a step stool to help her get in bed. No problem. Breakfast was wonderful. We’ll be back »
