« Staff was great but hotel is run down. Rooms smell kind of mildewy. The charm you see in the photos and on the website isn’t quite there in real life. Hotel needs updates for sure. AC unit is from the 80s - loud and clunky and will wake you up. Food at the restaurant was also terrible and overpriced (although, again, the folks working there were great). »

« Chambre calme avec balcon donnant sur la rivière. Agréable piscine extérieure chauffée.. Le choix au petit déjeuner est limité et l'espace est restreint .Malgré cela excellent séjour dans l'ensemble. »

« Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late and super tired, they upgraded us to a double queen. One of us forgot a toothbrush, and the staff member came by the room with a toothbrush and toothpaste. The room was nice sized and well stocked. There were two mints on the table. We received a full list of tv channels and the wifi password without even asking. The beds were super comfortable as was the bedding. There is coffee 24/7 in the lobby which is very nice. I had to leave just before...

« Très bien dans l’ensemble peux être le petit déjeuner à améliorer »

« This is in my top-3 in Oregon. Stayed there 4 times. Each time was nice. This is a botanical garden, everything is organic. All rooms are nice. It's a perfect place where to relax and just enjoy life. Kudos to everyone. This hotel is a jewel. »

« I want to start by saying that the STAFF IS AMAZING but the owners DO NOT DESERVE THEM. Christine in Housekeeping is amazing and another higher paying hotel should snatch her up. I watch her trying to keep this dilapidated hotel clean. They won't even buy her a new elevator rug...it's stained and dirty but she washes it every day and dries it in the sun. This place is a dump. But the front desk staff tries so hard anyway. The furniture is ghastly, and the mattresses are like 30 years old. ...
