« Beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings, the front desk ladies were awesome, the breakfast included fresh omelets, which is unheard of! The pool and hot tub were perfect. Absolutely loved everything about this place. Will definitely be looking into staying at their other properties when needed. »

« I needed a place with kitchen and laundry for my in-laws to stay for two weeks during their move here. Good communication prior to stay. Not far from Spearfish, so that was nice. House was ok. In-laws wanted to leave right away due to the smell and bugs.First problem was the map directions are slightly wrong, so you gotta figure out how to actually get there, and the house is not marked/numbered. Very difficult/dangerous to find in the dark. Second, walking in it smelled very musty/damp-reminded...

« If they have staff it sure wasn’t visible. Couldn’t call they wouldn’t answer phone. Lucky if they answered text. People in and out of parking lot all night long. Abandoned cars in parking spots near wouldn’t turn off had to put ac on. No smoke detectors!! The girl that’s in charge didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Says office open from 8-8. That was a joke. »
