« the property is quiet bucolic and somewhat serene, anachronistic in a good way, great place for a private getaway. The rooms were too cold even n the summer and attempts to lower the AC were ineffective, needs to be remedied, also the gym is in need of a major remodel, walls were smeared and dirty as well as ceiling times and 2 of the machines about 10 worked, literally just a few mismatched weights to be had. « We arrived real early in the morning. There are only 2 levels, but no elevator. After sharing that we physically couldn't walk up and down all those stairs (with luggage in tow), we were given a room on the first level at the same price. The front desk staff who checked us in did not subtract our room deposit and we were charged the full price. I'm waiting for the deposit to be refunded back to my account. « Last minute trip for my daughter's graduation. Everything was smooth very clean...... friendly service even at 1145pm 😬 My only gripe is that my room had a strong smoke smell. I was pretty sure its a smoke free facility?? Other than that great service price and value. I would def stay again. »

« Franks place is a very beautiful piece of property! Secluded, lots of space, chickens, a very nice in ground pool! The house is decorated in french country decor, which is very inviting and adds a special touch to this renovated farm house. If you are looking for a family fun pool house, lots of outdoor seating and just a place for connecting eith family and friends, this is a perfect place to stay! Honestly, the only thing that was not easy, was keeping my kids out of food that was present...

« This was the perfect place for our needs. My husband and I traveled to Bugs Island for a BASS Nation Collegiate Open Tournament with my son and his team partner.
