« It was clean & staff was friendly »

« Check-in was easy and the pool was nice — the kids really enjoyed it. Overall, it was a good spot for a quick family trip. Breakfast wasn’t included, so we didn’t eat at the hotel, but there were several nearby places where we could easily grab breakfast. The property is a little rundown in some areas, but it was clean enough and worked well for what we needed. Overall, a decent and convenient option for a short family stay. »

« we didnt stay at the property. but when arriving the business was dirty , unsanitary! the employee at the front desk was rude & unprofessional! & really needs an ass whoopin »

« Customer service lady was on her phone the whole time I was checking in -Tv didn’t work so I called her again and said let go to your room and try to fix it. She was in there for two minutes and said oh I’m sorry. I just don’t work and walked out… you can fill the box spring on the mattress so it was so uncomfortable to sleep on it was squeaking the whole night. The restroom was dirtier than a gas station. Restroom filthy walls inside the bathtub. »

« Hated that we were told AFTER everything was final at check in that we were on the 3rd floor• and they didn’t have a working elevator. »
