Comté de Douglas : recherchez des hôtels

« When I checked in, I noticed the toilet was brown and the toilet didn’t flush. I contacted the front desk about it and they put me in another room when I went into the new room, I noticed there was no running water. I contacted the front desk again and I was told the entire place had no water. Why wasn’t I told about this when I switched rooms??? We checked out the next day and we still had no running water. »

« There was human feces smeared on the side of the toilet, no body wash in the shower and we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. The pool and hot tub area was decent but the tiles in the hot tub were missing and there was masonry on the bottom of the hot tub. I probably wouldn’t stay there again. »
