« Great family stay with an amazing river viewWe really enjoyed our time at this cabin in Seminary. The standout feature of this location is it sits right on the banks of the Okatoma River, and having a direct view of the waterfall from the front porch was a nice bonus. We spent a lot of our time down at the waterfall getting to watch the kayakers wipe out while trying to take on the rapids & kids catch a nice haul of bass at/under the waterfall. « This is the perfect place to getaway from everything. Super clean and well maintained. Furniture is a little outdated but still comfortable. With the way people treat other peoples property I can understand. The bed was comfortable and sleeps good. The a/c work very good never had to turn below 72. We've stay here a couple times, we're very pleased both times. I would recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing time. « This property was beautiful. Clean, smelled wonderful, one of my top properties I have ever stayed at. Communication was excellent, had everything that we needed. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a VRBO property. Would highly recommend. »

« The front lobby was ok when we walked in. Got in the elevator and it was really dirty. Our room was just ok. the bathroom sink faucet was loose and the tub faucet was also loose. Couldnt get in our room. went down twice for help and they finally came up to help. Will never stay again. »

« Absolutely awful, we booked a room with a pull out and no bedding was in the room. When I went to the front to ask for bedding they said they had none. So that left my kids without a place to sleep. We then asked for a room change with two beds and were placed in a smaller room with double beds. 5 people and two double beds. Awful. They also had no extra towels and the rooms smelled like Mildew. »
