« Pros - The accommodations were roomy and spotless and modern! The grounds were a golf course and beautifully manicured. Close to the fishing, quiet, nice views. Although I didn't use it, the huge fire pit is a win! The restaurant was fine. I will definitely use this place again!!Cons - The barmaid could use a course in hospitality. They thought that they should tell me how my review should be rated. I found that a bit off putting. Definitely a fine place for a weekend or a week! »

« What a lovely cozy little stay. Just perfect to allow us to get to an early hockey game the next morning! Just make sure to know that Googlemaps does not lead you to the right entrance. « Our visit to the treehouse was amazing. Our host's provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. They paid so much attention to every single detail. Even left us robs to use! We did go out to Beak & Skiff and visited a couple of the local waterfalls but couldn't wait to get back to have a drink on the swing by the babbling brook. So pretty at night with everything lit up! Such a relaxing vacation and when it was time for bed the sounds of the owls and brook were like a lullaby! »

« The property is ideal for small children, lots of room to play outside, the lake is assessable and shallow for a good distance from the shore.The kitchen is well equipped for large family meals.There are interesting places to go and see There are 6 bedrooms and sufficient beds for the listed number of visitors.It is a comfortable, but not fancy property.It fully met our expectations. »

« The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. »

Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. « We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our groomsmen and friends. The property was beautiful and the game room/bar/theater was fun to hang out in. Sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee was relaxing. We were too late in the year but I love that you could use the dock and bring your own boat. »
