« I loved it !! I’m a cleaner so I noticed a few details that need to be done but overall its a great place !! »

« Ir started with ebtering our room and it smelt so bad and did everyday we returned and told staff but nothing was done they said cleaned and sprayed it but made no difference. We had to purchase our own air freshener. Wifi never worked and never worked for the tv and we had to use our own hotspot. Staff would just tell us its slow right and have to call some number to check out. It rained and our room window leaked alot of water. « The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
