« The Black Hawk Hotel is older, but kept clean comfortable and safe. Unlike some other hotels the Black Hawk did not charge an incidentals amount on my card at check in only to return it later, I appreciated this. The only dissapointment is there is no onsite parking, we got a map showing 24 hour street parking. The closest being a block away. »

« De l'eau entrait par le plafond de la chambre et un employé a eu du mal à nous reloger; cependant, un autre a pu le faire. Il y avait un gros trou dans la literie. À l'intérieur de l'hôtel, il y avait une senteur de fumée de cigarette et d'humilité dans la chambre. Un des deux employés n'était pas accueillant. »
