« From the time we arrived through check out every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered assistance. Check-in was very smooth. We arrived about an hour and half early and we were able to check-in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm. « Such a great stay here in Braselton! The entrance is a little awkward but it's a small blip in a great experience. The staff, the room, the parking, the pool, the breakfast all stellar. The location makes it convenient to get around the towns which are all lovely. Special shout-out to Kimmy the maid and extra special shout-out to Ansley at the front desk. « My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. VRBO offered us assistance in finding another host and covering the cost of a higher price. That was wonderful. Due to the late time of day we declined and was given a full refund. Great job by...
