« Poor service. When I checked in (upon arrival), the receptionist answered no fewer than four phone calls, leaving me waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes! »

« Was very disappointed that I had to come to the front desk every night and ask for my door key to be activated. Also was very upset that we were made aware of the pool being closed down. Was extremely upsetting to walk by the front desk from the 4th floor in all our swimwear and nobody say anything. »

« It was spotless. The staff was very helpful. This Hotel was the kind of place you would hope to find every night your traveling. The breakfast was good, the serving, and seating are was clean. Everything was clean! »

« This is our third (or fourth?!) time staying at the Red Bud Cottage. The peaceful lake and cozy fireplace keep us coming back! The beds are comfortable and David is always the most gracious and accommodating host. It won’t be our last visit for sure! »
