« My daughter and I stayed here and loved it. It was quiet with an unbelievable view and constant breeze. I spent every morning and evening on the deck. The main room feels small when you first arrive but the master bedroom, loft, porch and deck make it very roomy with plenty of space. The water is not drinkable with low pressure but that didn't matter to us. The outdoor shower was wonderful with the same view as the deck. It had everything we needed and the beach chairs & cooler were very useful....

« This house was great for our trip. It has amazing views of Coral Bay and is within 20 minutes of several beaches. The house is definitely on the quiet side of the island but that's what we wanted and we found there was plenty to do. The wild donkeys even came out to the house one day. The house is properly stocked, AC worked in all bedrooms, living room was comfortable, and outdoor patio and pool were spacious and enjoyable. Really, the only comment I have was there was no communication...

« June 2026, my family and I spent a week in St. John. Palm Vista was very comfortable, roomy, clean and quiet. The villa has everything you need, kitchen with all the basic supplies, washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels. The views from veranda are stunning and great way to start the day having breakfast looking out. Villa is located 15 minutes from Cruz Bay on very steep hills and sharp switchbacks, but after a couple of roundtrips you become accustomed to the ride. Mike and his property...

« This looked great from the outside and the view was magnificent. Unfortunately the stove was an old Coleman burner you had to light yourself, the toilet had a difficult time working, I had to open the back and manually pull the flapper up when I got there. The A/C was only in the bedroom. The bedroom was an open fishbowl with a great view and no curtains or any type of windows shade so I'm sure the view from outside looking in was entertaining. The host and owner are very kind and polite but I...
