Il est bien prĂ©cisĂ© qu'un supplĂ©ment est appliquĂ© si le mĂ©nage n'est pas fait en partant mais il n'est pas fait non plus Ă votre arrivĂ©e. « If youâre staying at the villas or treehouses, just know theyâre doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Donât get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! »

« We absolutely adored our stay at the Peter Bay Gatehouse, Penthouse! It was one of the best places weâve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was simply stunning, with easy access to some of the worldâs most beautiful beaches. The view from the penthouse was breathtaking, and we never wanted to leave because of its breathtaking beauty. Weâre already looking forward to our next stay here in the future! »

« We had a great time visiting the Blue Wrasse. The place was as advertised with a beautiful deck and a great view. The outdoor shower was a nice amenity, along with a well stocked kitchen. The site manager was very responsive and helpful. I got stung by a wasp going down the stairs, so be careful of nests there. Also, water is not potable so will need to bring your own water. All considered, was a great stay! »

« We have visited St. John several times and views are always a top priority when choosing our home for the week. No rental property on island beats the views at Palm Vista. « This was a great house with privacy, comfortable beds, and a large kitchen. Perfect for a group of four. Huge deck area, and all the amenities. Paul was an excellent property manager and responded to messages immediately. Sebastian the sweet outdoor cat was a bonus! After six previous days on St. John, I can say I highly recommend this property! »

« If you have the opportunity to book this villa, DO IT!!! The photos are completely accurate. It's just beautiful! We have rented many villas on St. John and this villa is by far the most beautiful and the most comfortable! Hugo was a pleasure to work with and his mom even gave us a bag of her delicious greens and veggies! Thank you so very much! Our family of 8 had more than enough room and the views were absolutely spectacular! We are definitely hoping to return at some point! »
