« If you’re staying at the villas or treehouses, just know they’re doing construction (as of Feb 2025), which can be annoying if you plan to stay at your villa between 8:30 AM and 4 PM. Don’t get me wrong this surroundings and areas beautiful and the service is mostly great. Will definitely come again to give it a second chance! »

« Had an outstanding trip and enjoyed our stay at Palm Vista. We were able to access Michael throughout our stay with any questions regarding the island and the property. The house is well kept and would highly recommend. The view is one of the best I have ever seen. Can't wait to return. »

« Spent four nights at the Sea Vista Villa. Absolutely Awesome! The views are amazing and the home accommodating. Communication from the owner was very detailed and appreciated! Definitely recommend this property!A couple thoughts for future guests:The 3rd bedroom on the lower lever only has exterior access and limited views - could be a factor for those guests.Our house liaison Luzmey, did a great job in helping with details prior to our arrival. You will want to coordinate your taxi service...

« My husband and I booked Caramel by the Sea for our honeymoon. We wanted something private with a pool and this home did not disappoint. The views from the pool and back wraparound deck were phenomenal. The interior with the wood and high ceilings was beautiful. It was really helpful to have a greeter meet us at our jeep rental and show us the way to the house. Chef Ted lives below but we only saw him once and he was very personable. The house has everything you could need. Gorgeous kitchen....
