« Stayed in rm 21. Good bits: Bed was comfortable, hotel pleasantly quirky (as you'd expect from an older (historic) property. Bathroom clean, bedding high quality. Staff were really nice. Polite without being overly friendly. Service speed in hotel and restaurant was spot on. Check in and out was easy. Hotel is right in the middle of the town and convenient for many other attractions. « Excellent friendly hotel. Ample parking, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant excellent. Owners are very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. There was a minor set back with checking in. Check in from 4 but door locked. It was a little frustrating as I’d been working all day but wasn’t waiting too long. Hopefully was a one off as I will be surely checking in again when I’m in the area. »
