« Karen was great to respond quickly however the apartment had some disappointing features. There was no ac unit in the second bedroom. We have visited Costa Rica and love it and understand that most homes only have ac in the bedrooms. It was disappointing that the second bedroom did not have ac making it unusable. However the master bedroom and living room were large enough to place the twin mattresses in the floor so the kids could have ac. The “5th person” sleeper soda is broken so we had to...
