« We had an amazingly chill and peaceful weekend. It was a nice short getaway for my family. We played the games provided as well as others that we brought. « The view, oh the view. It was SPECTACULAR. The photos are exactly the same as in person. The home was comfortable. There is plenty of room for sleeping. The bunk room was a hit for my special needs adult son. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was another bedroom with 2 queen size beds too. The kitchen had all that we needed, except ice. There was no ice maker, but there was plenty of coffee and filters. A kitchen table would have been nice to sit and eat when it was too chilly...

« This house is BEAUTIFUL and HUGE!!! In total we had 10 adults, and 7 kids ranging from 1-16.(total of 5 families) We had more than enough space and never felt over crowded, but always felt close enough to be able to be together! « We have no complaints, it was a beautiful, new, very clean, comfortable home. Room for my family of 8 including grown children and grandkids. Plenty of room for us all. « We took our daughter and her friends to the beach for the weekend. House was more than adequate and well stocked. Great balconies to enjoy the beach front location. Only thing we were not keen on was the water smelled quite badly of sulphur. I believe this is a known problem in Surfside. Would definitely stay again! »

« The property was a tad outdated. We arrived after 9 p.m. The email with the code for entry was never received and we had to wait a bit for the owner to reply due to the late arrival time. Only 1 bathroom and it is very small which was fine for us but could pose an issue for larger groups. Our sheets and pillow cases smelled like mildew, like the cleaning people left them in the washer for a day before drying. I checked the laundry on the porch and those sheets smelled bad too. « Well, the property was good, although there are a number of maintenance items that should be addressed. The destination is one we will not likely repeat (not at all a problem with the owner of the property), but the lack of drinkable water and the odor of the water from faucets made a big difference to us.
