« I came back to this hotel because the first time I stayed here, the service was good. This time, however, it was a disaster. « Nice clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Gym was decently equipped. Very convenient to the airport- free shuttle was a nice convenience. Good option if you need a non-resort type hotel to explore Fairbanks. »

« Premierement n a pas respecter Expedia a savoir devions avoir grand lit, avons eu deux lits simples,pas de salle de bain dans notre chambre car devions sortir de la chambre et descendre deux escaliers pour aller a la salle de bain ?? « Great property, clean, comfortable and best of all with great orientation to see the Auroras. Breakfast was a bit minimalistic (frozen items in the cabin’s fridge). Felt awkward not to ever meet any Staff at the lobby but they were always quick to answer email or phone. We recommend it ! »

« I had stayed at another hotel before coming here, and that hotel was dirty and dingy compared to here. Comfort Inn was clean and bright with modern furnishings and rooms. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were so helpful and kind to me and allowed me to check in early and also gave me the Alaska resident discount. Would absolutely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone coming to Fairbanks for an affordable, clean hotel stay. »
