« Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. I would definitely book again next time. »

« Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else....

« Schönes grosszügiges Zimmer. Stimmig eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgänger und im Gebäude hat es auf den Treppenstufen zum Teil viel Staub und Haare. Beim Frühstück ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter. Kaputtes reparieren Mehr Sauberkeit (Staub und Haare) Bisschen mehr in das Frühstück...

Food in hotel quite expensive - menu perhaps too large/ ambitious = meals of average quality. Rooms very pleasantly arranged around a pretty pool - nice and clean and well serviced. « The place itself was wonderful. The restaurant is a lottery: you can have great surprises and terrible ones. The room was nice except for the fact that we had two single beds when we specifically asked for a double. They just ended up putting the two single next to each other... no big deal but annoying for this price. »
