Had a 14 hr layover so decided to book a room. They advertised free airport shuttle. I called to confirm the shuttle and shuttle pick up area. 30 mins, no shuttle. I called again to confirm once again, 1 hr passed since I arrived, still no shuttle. ( Hotel is 5 mins away) Another shuttle driver from a different hotel noticed me still there after his 3rd round trip and offered me a ride. Upon arriving, the hotels shuttle bus was seen parked in the parking lot with snow on it as if it hasn't moved for awhile. Both phone calls to the hotel I was told the shuttle was on its way....Room had a sign saying it was cleaned and sanitized. The trash cans still had trash in them (beer bottle caps, empty bags of chips, tissues etc). There was no water in the room, vending machine was "out of service" so I had to buy an overpriced water bottle from front desk. This was a $130 room. They could of at least gave me a bottle of water or a shuttle from the airport as advertised?
