« Prestation niveau 4*. Bien placé à Grand Irafu, c’est le seul coin un peu animé avec quelques magasins de toutes les stations de Niseko. L’onsen était fermé, j’ai donc eu un upgrade avec une chambre donnent sur le mont Yotei, très agréable et j’avais un voucher pour l’onsen d’à côté. »

Staff were very friendly, helpful and great at communicating via email prior to and during stay. organising pick up via bus and having our SIM cards delivered was a breeze. « This hotel has a very good location - it’s a ~10-15min walk to the closest ski lift and plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores nearby. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They are english speaking which made the whole experience much easier. They provided us with recommendations of the area and also helped us coordinate the ski lift passes beforehand, so we were able to receive it upon check-in. They also helped us book the shuttle to the airport for our check out day...

« 清潔感のあるとても綺麗な施設でした。洗濯機まで備えて頂いてるのがとても助かります。今時期は汗かいてもすぐに洗濯する事ができるので。食器洗い機までついていて食事後の食器洗いの手間もなくとても便利です。 ただ、今年の夏は少し暑かったようなのでエアコンがついてなくて扇風機1台だと少し暑い気はしました、、。 それ以外はとても良い施設だと思うのでまたぜひ次回も利用させて頂きたいと思います。 楽しく旅行する事が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。 »
