« This hotel has a very good location - it’s a ~10-15min walk to the closest ski lift and plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores nearby. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They are english speaking which made the whole experience much easier. They provided us with recommendations of the area and also helped us coordinate the ski lift passes beforehand, so we were able to receive it upon check-in. They also helped us book the shuttle to the airport for our check out day...

« 清潔感のあるとても綺麗な施設でした。洗濯機まで備えて頂いてるのがとても助かります。今時期は汗かいてもすぐに洗濯する事ができるので。食器洗い機までついていて食事後の食器洗いの手間もなくとても便利です。 ただ、今年の夏は少し暑かったようなのでエアコンがついてなくて扇風機1台だと少し暑い気はしました、、。 それ以外はとても良い施設だと思うのでまたぜひ次回も利用させて頂きたいと思います。 楽しく旅行する事が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。 »

« 隅々まで掃除されており、清潔感がありました。比較的閑散期に利用したこともあるのかもしれませんが、周りもあまり気にならず、とても快適に過ごすことができました。立地もよいと思います。外国人の利用者が多いのだと推察しますが、日本人も家族で快適に過ごせるようにも配慮されていると感じました。また機会があったらぜひ利用させてもらいたいです。（旅先でも夜ゲームをしたがる子供たちにとっては、WiFiの速度が遅めなのが少々不満だったようです。） »

« We stayed at the Sakura cottage and found its location very convenient to accessing the ski hills. Everyone at Bliss lodge was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered special nights showing how to make traditional Japanese food and offered advice on finding restaurants and transportation. We would highly recommend Bliss Lodge! »
