Waterview Villa-Pool-King Bed-Steps To the Sand!

Amazing crystal beach villa, the top level of a two-story unit that has lakeside and Gulf-side views from balconies spanning the front and back of the home. While relaxing in the living room and kitchen, enjoy the view of the lake or catch beautiful gulf views just outside the front door! You have pool access and it’s only steps to the sand! With a king bed in the master and a bunk room with Full/Full beds, this villa sleeps a total of 6 guests. Restaurants and beaches are all just steps away!
The space
One of the most beautiful beaches in Destin is just a few steps away!! This is a newly remodeled upstairs unit of a waterfront villa with 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed in the master suite with an attached bathroom, and one bunk room with full over full bunks. Both bathrooms are brand new with a walk-in shower in the master bath and a tub and shower in the hall bath. The community pool is heated from mid-February to mid-April and has plenty of room for lounging in the sun. The private back deck is on the lake which makes for a beautiful place to relax and have your morning coffee or dinner. This villa has a fully stocked kitchen and provides beach chairs, towels, and sand toys. Shopping and great dining options are all very close by, we really are in the perfect location!!

Great Location

The location is perfect within close proximity of the pool and beach, and we watched sunsets over the pond every night and walked our stroller on the path each morning. Also, the owner was super helpful in working with us to shift our dates last minute due to an unexpected event in the family.

Everything was fantastic about our stay in Destin. The location of the rental was perfect- on a lake and less than a 5 min walk to the beach (including public restrooms) and the Crab Trap Restaurant. The back deck with a gas fire pit was a wonderful place to unwind and watch the turtles and various water birds. The property was spotless and fully equipped with beach and household supplies. Communication with Awnna was immediate and she was super helpful. We would definitely consider renting this unit again if we come back this way.

Would definitely recommend staying at this property. Everything was exactly as advertised. And it smelled so clean when we walked in. Super close to the beach. Our kiddos enjoyed watching the turtles off the huge back deck. Very great location. Super quiet and relaxing. The owner answered very quickly to any concerns. Which their weren’t any 🙂

Perfect condo for our family of 5. Walking to the beach and then the pool. Kids loved seeing and feeding the turtles in the pond the condo over looks. Communication with owners with questions was very quick response. Very happy with stay!!

House is clean, well maintained, and a beautiful setting for a family getaway! Only a 4 min walk to our favorite spot on Destin beach. Which is great bc we normally have to wait for parking if don't get to the beach early enough. Communication was prompt all along the way. I will definitely stay again!

Wedding & Family Time

Great location, short walk to Jame Lee Beach or the Crab Trap. Came for a wedding stayed for some extra family time. The property was perfect for our family of four (two pre-teen boys). The deck overlooking the small lake was relaxing and so cool to watch the turtles. Communication with the owners was seamless and easy. If you're okay with not having ocean view and not on the beach, but want to be close I highly recommend.

Great Family Time
