Whether you're enjoying the vibrant fireworks or relaxing with a glass of wine during sunset, the expansive deck with a grill provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments
This beautiful updated condo offers modern comforts and thoughtful touches to ensure a comfortable stay.

Nestled by the Harbor, this condo offers unbeatable views and easy access to nearby attractions, dining, entertainment. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled stay, this location has it all.

Bedroom: Features a custom-built queen bed with convenient storage drawers, electric fireplace for cozy evenings, and a smart tv for your entertainment.
Livingroom Area: Relax on all leather furniture, including a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra quests. Turn on fireplace while watching your favorite show.

Kitchen: Oversized and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom ice maker, plenty of cooking spices, utensils, and more- ideal for preparing your favorite meals.

Bathroom: Recently updated with contemporary finishes.
Laundry: Full size washer/dryer
Beach Service- 2 chairs and 1 umbrella
Free WIFI and smart tv for streaming your favorite shows.

Pets are allowed. A $150 nonrefundable fee. They have to show proof of rabies vaccination and the security shack charges $10 per dog. No cats allowed or other animals.

Do not bring trailers, U-hauls, jet ski trailer or boats as they will be towed without notice.

I do a complete inventory count on check out day. Please be respectful and keep in mind that I do provide kitchen essentials. Please be kind and leave these items for next guests' use. If any items show up missing on check out day, I will deduct replacement costs from your security deposit.

Golf Cart- There is a golf cart that can be rented with this unit. We do need to see proof of driver's license, proof of insurance and also a release that you are held liable for any damage to the golf cart, accountable for any accidents that you or others are involved in. No one under the age of 18yrs is able to drive this. Please provide an email to send over this contract. There is a $250 fee for rental of the golf cart. PLEASE MAKE SURE the golf cart is charged, cleaned and not damaged .

Release of liability must be signed before use of kayak. You Must wear a life jacket per Florida Law. Minors must be with an adult.

What a Stay on our Vacay!

The beautiful description online does not do enough justice describing this condo!! When you walk in the front door, the pleasant scent and overall cleanliness is unbelievable! Every “extra” you could think of is there! This is by far one of the most exceptional condos we have ever stayed at! We’ve been coming to Destin, Florida for 30 years and this condo is exceptional! We had beautiful weather all week! Enjoyed many wonderful activities, restaurants, the beach, the pools, Destin Commons and Harborwalk!! What a vacation!!

Lovely home for a week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was so clean, the golf cart made getting around a breeze. Condo was quiet, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Loved the patio , it was a perfect spot to watch Harborwalk fireworks!

Very nice!

Condo is in a great area with many things to keep us busy. We used golf cart provided many times it was especially nice to take to board walk with parking. Unfortunately we did not get to use the beach access provided but would have been perfect. Condo is very clean, updated and comfortable. The hosts make sure anything you may need is there. They were so accessible with all our questions making sure to say just enjoy yourselves. Would recommend this condo.

Our first vacation in 10 years!

The last time my daughter and I saw the ocean, she was 3 years old. (She is 13 now.) We were completely BLOWN AWAY by our host’s attention to detail. You will fall in love with all of their amenities. We cannot thank them (and VRBO!) enough. We hope to return again soon. You must book this location. There are zero complaints or regrets.

Great Stay!

We were in town for a family members wedding at Kelly Plantation. Condo was perfect for out stay! The location was perfect...nestled in the back but the golf cart made it easy to get around. My kids LOVED the golf course on the property. The unit was very nice and had everything that we needed. The owners were very responsive when we had a few questions. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Winter break

A few days here provided a nice break from our northern plains winter. We had a lovely view of the harbor from our deck. A very clean and comfortable place to stay. More to do at Sandpiper than we had time for, we will need to plan a longer stay in the future. It is close to the beach and all needed services in Destin. I think the description and photos depicted the accommodations very well. We definitely recommend this to others.

We loved sandpiper cove and the condo! In a great location and was veryy up to date and clean. The golf cart and beach chairs were a great bonus and Becky was great with communicating and checking on us. Can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect condo!

Condo was precious! Well equipped as well as clean. Felt like we were at home. I forgot to buy coffee and was sulking then spotted a container of coffee grounds, filters and all the fixings. Hosts were so attentive and helpful. This is one of the top on my list.

Amazing condo with everything you could need

The condo is the perfect size and beautifully decorated with tasteful touches everywhere you look. It’s extremely clean and stocked. The beach service and golf cart made it extremely easy and fun to enjoy the beach and explore the property. Tim and Becky were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Destin!!!! Loved it!!

Throughout the entire stay, the owners provided excellent communication to ensure we had a smooth check-in and comfortable stay - and we did! The condo was very clean, comfortable, well decorated and was stocked with all the necessary supplies. We enjoyed the added service of a golf cart that was just a short ride to the beach. The back deck has a fantastic view, which we enjoyed the Fourth of July fireworks from. Great pickleball courts, swimming pools, chip/putt 9 hole golf course and restaurant on site. The condo is close to all Destin offers. We comfortably enjoyed the condo as a family of four with two adult kids. Highly recommend and hope to be back again!
