That being said, we sincerely apologize that the construction worker had entered the condo during your stay with us and we also understand your frustration with the issue you encountered. Please know that we've since spoken with them and advised that under no circumstances should they ever enter the condo without first confirming that it is fine for the guest to enter the property.
