- If you like to snorkel, you will LOVE the artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, located just 685 feet straight out from the Pompano Joe's beach access. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. (We advise that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs.) This location is just minutes from our beach house and has parking!
BEACH
- The Barracuda Street Beach and Pompano Street Beach accesses are both only 0.5 miles (about a 10-minute walk) from the home.
- The Crystal Beach Drive Beach Access is located about a 10-minute walk from our home. This access has limited parking and is best for walking or drop off.
- Tarpon Street Beach access is a 10-12 minute walk from our home.
- James Lee Park Beach access is about a 15-minute walk from the home. This location has seasonal beach service for a fee, public parking, pavilion, picnic tables and public restrooms. Seasonal beach chair + umbrella rentals are available from April - Labor Day at the beach access closest to the Crab Trap Restaurant.
NEIGHBORHOOD TRAM
-Hop on the FREE (seasonal) beach trolley service to get a ride to the beach! The on-demand tram will pick you up in your driveway with just one phone call!
-The Beach Trolley runs from 10am-Noon and 1:00-5:00 - March 1st through Easter and May 28th to October 31st

- Home does not have cable - TV's are SMART or have Fire sticks for streaming
- Free WiFi (not responsible for service disruptions â please travel with a hotspot in case of any unexpected service disruptions)
- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. We do not allow any pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
- Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest â book with confidence!

Our team includes Kristine, Kim & Shelly - we are excited to welcome you to the beach! We are here for you to answer any questions or to help you choose the perfect property, just ask. As owners and hosts, we have a small collection of beautiful properties to choose from. RULES
- Minimum Age: Home requires a minimum of two adults over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. ID required in advance during spring break weeks. If the registered adults are not on property at all times with underage guests, the reservation will be cancelled immediately.
-Driveway parking for 2 cars only. There is an overflow lot for one additional vehicle, first come first served. There are overflow spots around the pool and a small parking lot by the gate closest to the beach. Trailers, RV's, boats, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items. If you have more cars, you will be responsible for finding additional parking. Parking is enforced by the neighborhood and the City of Destin! Golf cart rentals are no longer allowed as of April 1, 2024.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature. Please sign withing 48 hours with all guest names and ages.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver â should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment â this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM â We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay.
- No third party bookings, smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
- We are located in a vacation neighborhood - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other HOA issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. We have a $500 security deposit hold placed on your account 2 days before arrival and will be released 7 days after checkout if no uncovered damage is found. Infants count in totals, even if a booking site doesn't count infants - this is for local laws and fire code laws! Our City of Destin rental permit allows a maximum of 12 guests and 2 driveway cars...any violation of this is grounds for eviction. ID required upon arrival during spring break. No parties allowed! 1 adult (20+) to be in charge of 1-4 guests under 20. For additional guests there must be another adult in charge and on property at all times during spring break.
- Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
- The grill is to be cleaned on the honor system. This is not included in our cleaning fee. If you donât want to clean the grill, the fee is $50. Please let us know in advance!
Trash rules - trash is picked up every Tuesday and Thursday - guests must pull the bins to the curb the night before pickup. There is an additional pick up on Saturday morning of bagged trash only - not in bins. Additional charges will be incurred if trash is not taken care of during your stay!
*Departure instructions â We donât believe in long chore lists for our guests â you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
