staff nul mais bel hotel
Enregistrement très long, le client devant nous menaçant l'hôtel d'un process l'ambiance était très mauvaise à l'arrivée, nous avons longuement attendu et sans un mot d'excuse ni un sourire. Pas de chance il pleuvait (rare) et le voiturier qui avait les clefs de notre voiture pour récupérer nos bagages n'était plus à son poste, 5 minutes sous la pluie avant de le voir revenir. Pendant le séjour le personnel à été très moyen (chambre pas nettoyée à 17h00), service moyen au restaurant... Compte tenu de la météo désastreuse nous avons souhaiter partir une journée plus tot (en effet tout se fait en extérieur au Two Bunch, donc quand il pleut non-stop...) et l'hotel a refusé de nous rembourser la dernière nuit, très peu compatissants. Bref un bel endroit mais un staff et un service assez nul

Cadre agréable neanmoins les chambres pas prêtes à notre arrivée à 16h, pas de peignoirs dans la chambre comme stipulé pas de machine à café ou bouilloire et attention à bien faire l’inventaire des gâteaux/boissons.. car c’est au client à vérifier s’il y a des manques sous peine de facturation.(dixit lors de notre départ !) nous avions réservé une nuit en mini suite.

A desert scam
To start with the suite I reserved happened to be a 25sq meter bedroom without a bathtub. During the 2 days I stayed management was unavailable for comments. The room was so far away we had to take a car for breakfast. No help was offered for luggage whatsoever. The fridge in our rooom dated back from 1990 and was awfuly noisy and empty. Most plugs did not work in the room. The mattress had a cover made out of plastic which makes you very sweaty indeed when sleeping in the desert. The view from our tiny patio was not on the desert but on a fence. When complaining at checkout we were told not to raise our voice which we did not, and that anyhow foreign tourists always complained. Well In that case thats the case Inflated price, extremely poor service and equipment. A scam

Lovely hotel, unfortunate timing
The resort was lovely, amazing food in the restaurant, the rooms clean and the beds were comfy. I think we arrived at a tricky time with poor weather and looming Corona Virus, meaning the hotel was less busy than usual. This meant however the Twine bar was shut in the evening- this wasn’t communicated on arrival nor was any form of compensation offered to guests. We ended up leaving the resort to head to PS for evening drinks. I also thought it was odd there was no welcome pack in the rooms containing information like spa prices, class times and info regarding the complimentary coffee. My partner and I had a wonderful massage, both of our therapists were fantastic, however, the spa facilities themselves looked dated, in my opinion, the sauna for example I feel needs a complete renovation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend.

Changes are good and bad
My boyfriend and I have been going to 2 Bunch for years and last year they re-branded and nicely upgraded the property. While these upgrades are nice, the number of people visiting has doubled and it's hard to get a private hot tub and lounge chairs, which is very frustrating. Also the noise level from people talking really changes the peaceful sanctuary that we used to love so much. Not sure if we will be back or look for somewhere else

Very relaxing and the food was delicious. Seems over priced, the valet parking and needing a golf cart to get your luggage around was an inconvenience.

Great quiet relaxing romantic stay
We had a lovely, romantic, rejuvenating few days. The check in was easy. The room was nice. The restaurant was good. The water was GREAT! The property is so big we felt like we were still discovering parts. We did the mud. Once in a life time experience that I never need to do again! We’ve stayed at many places in dhs, Palm Springs, and the surrounding area. I don’t think we’ll ever bother to stay anywhere else. This is the best. Hot water! Endless hot water!

Extremely disappointing
After checking in we realized that we were put into a room that we did not book. After going to the front desk to inquire about being given the wrong room we were told that they had overbooked. Now I booked out a month in advance. I asked how it was possible to book out a month in advance and be bumped. Not only that, upon check-in the front desk could have informed us of the change but it didn’t. If I had known that we weren’t going to get what we booked I would have made arrangements to stay someplace else. I’ve stayed at the cottages before. It is a long cold, muddy and sandy walk from the Grotto. That is why we booked a room as close to the pool as possible. The room we were put had multiple issues. The drapes couldn’t close all the way so we didn’t have privacy. We had to ask for binder clips to clip the drapes together. The shower didn’t drain and we had to turn off the shower intermittently in order to make sure the water didn’t overflow unto the bathroom floor. Being a spa, which the main selling point is a hot spring, you would figure that there would be clothes hooks to hang up the robes that were provided. Nope. No hooks... Going to Hot Springs is a luxury I enjoy. I’ve been to them all over the world. I would definitely not recommend staying at Two Bunch. Sad.

Love this place!! Access to the hot springs pools comes with the rooms and that alone is worth the price! They are open almost 24 hours a day and are wonderful to relax and read in. You can also order drinks to the pools which is lovely! The food is fresh and delicious. The grounds have recently been redone and look great! A gem of a hotel!

Rooms were not ready until 5pm. At 5pm when I went back to the front desk, I asked why there was a delay and the answer I received was, "Everyone decided to come at the same time". Well, the rooms were supposed to be ready by 4pm for everyone. That was not an acceptable excuse. The next day, hot waters in the spa and in-room were not working throughout the whole resort. What is the point of coming to this resort if we cannot enjoy the "hot" springs? Valet system was horrible. Guests need to stand in the valet lot until someone comes, or if you personally have to walk and talk to someone in the office to request for a driver. I had to wait for 10 minutes, and other guests also waiting and I had to silently compete(?) to talk first to a valet person when he appeared. I saw many people complaining. However, all the employees were hopeless and not helpful. All they could say was sorry with insincerity. It just shows. Yeah. What can they do, right? Resort itself was beautiful. I wish there was more of the hot springs tub.

Heaven on earth!
We spent two nights and 1.5 days in this truly magical place! The hot spring pools are truly exceptional: super clean, scent-less, healing and relaxing. The grotto area with the pools has beautiful palm trees and the sound of flowing water permeates the air. The restaurant far exceeded our expectations for dinner and brunch! They offer pool-side service through their clever concierge readily available by text. Opportunities for improvement include making the rooms a bit warmer with throw rugs, a more streamlined check-in process with fewer disclaimers to initial (a bit tacky) and fresh painting of some of the common areas.

We liked the resort a lot. It would have been better to have our car available at our casita. The food at the restaurant was good, but quite expensive. Best breakfast yogurt, I’ve Ever had. The shower fixtures were great in our room. The grounds and plants were lovely. It was a beautiful setting. I would like to go back and stay several days. We only had one night there.
