Great Time In Barbados
We had a great time at the villa the pool was nice as the the sun is extreme. The weather was great and people of the island were wonderful. Lots to see and do we just wish there were more parking places near the beach on the west coast. The beaches were great and water clear blue and a wonderful warm temp. The only thing we would recommend is being prepared for the cost of food. A pizza at a restaurant can run you as much as $30 US or $25 to $30 US for a burger other than that everything was great.

We had a great stay. It’s a perfect little apartment for 2 people. Had everything we needed, was clean, and right across the street from the beach! We didn’t have a Vehicule but used the bus system and it was excellent. Joan the housekeeper was very helpful in getting us a taxi driver’s name. He took us on a tour of the island and a ride to the airport! Very nice!

Perfect Getaway!
. Originally my husband and I planned to stay at a hotel but we decided to look for a more calm and private option. We are soo glad we chose Graham's apartment. It was perfect for our 6-night getaway celebrating a milestone anniversary, my recent doctoral graduation, and hubby's birthday. Joan checked us in smoothly and was always available. The Bikini Beach restaurant is just across the street and has amazing sunset views (Sharmika is the absolute best waitress on the island, no exaggeration). We found ourselves there daily to swim, eat, or just take in the gorgeous waves. The apartmsnt's location is perfect with the city bus steps away and available to take us anywhere for $1.75 (US dollars). The outdoor area of the apartment was a great way to start and end each day. It was a truely perfect trip and we can't wait for an excuse to repeat our stay very soon. Thanks Graham!!

We leave Barbados fuelled up on sunshine , great food & of course plenty of rum. Zinnia is a beautiful Acc & being just across the road from a stunning little beach is heavenly perfection. The Acc is small but perfect for 2. All the mid cons you would expect: a great shower, kitchenette & balcony to watch the amazing sunsets. The bed is huge &very comfortable sided by air con at night in both the bedroom & lounge. The housekeeper was lovely &looked after us well. I would not hesitate to recommend this glorious spot & apartment.

The property is in a great location right across the road from the beach, there is also a bus stop right outside and a supermarket a 5 minute walk away The apartment is as you see on the advert spotlessly clean and has everything you need, communication with Graham was 1st class and Joan the housekeeper was also so helpful. There are 4 restaurants close by which all do great food at various price range The Lemon Rock and Wendy's Sports Bar which are up behind the property within a small residential area definitely worth a visit, Bikini Beach Club directly across the road and Il Tempio 5 min walk away across from supermarket, for some reason all close on a Monday but no worries you can jump on the bus and go to Holetown 5 mins away, not a problem just a wee tip. And finally the Bajan people are all so friendly we can't wait to go back

Excellent Stay
This apartment is the smallest in the block of 14 but perfect for a couple. Had absolutely everything you could need including plenty of towels. Balcony with comfy furniture, in the shade and has a ceiling fan. The pool was a great size to enjoy a quick dip to cool off. We were fortunate enough to have the pool and sun beds to ourselves (went out of season, 17-24th Sep) but I do fear if all 14 apartments were full and wanting to use the pool area, there isn’t enough room for chairs/beds. The property is located securely behind a locked gate with remote fob access. Over the road is the bus stop and a relatively new bar which was fab for a drink, and or food with a beautiful view to watch the sun go down. Finally, communication with the host was great and the housekeeper is excellent. Fountain of knowledge and such a nice lady. We’ll be back.

Nice building and apartment; well kept. Close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery store. If you like to walk, it is an easy walk to Holetown where there is a greater variety of restaurants.

A wonderful stay
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is great, especially with a beach and bus stops across the street, and a supermarket only 5 mins walk away. Graham was quick to reply to messages and Joan the house keeper was kind and informative. We would love to return!

Great apartment for 2!
Everything from start to finish with this listing was great! My teen daughter and I felt very safe at this property and enjoyed the small pool. There is a grocery store and a couple of restaurants to walk to in this village. We used the bus system almost every day (right outside the building) to get where we wanted to go. It is central to go down to Bridgetown area or up to Speightstown area. We enjoyed our stay.

fantastic!!
Fantastic property and location. Easy access to buses, restaurants and groceries. No car needed here. Property exactly as in photos. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, quality appliances. Both AC units are very powerful. We did not use the one in the bedroom as the one in main room was enough to keep the whole place cool. Would recommend putting a sticker by the fridge wall switch to identify it. In an effort to minimize electricity use, we would turn all switches off when we left the place which meant we had also inadvertently turned off the fridge. We figured it out soon enough but it would be good if it were identified. Good supply of soaps, toilet paper, towels and linens. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay there again. The owner is responsive, but sometimes not as quickly.

Our stay was great. Directly across the street from the beach. Everything was as pictured. Joan the housekeeper was very easy to communicate with. The only downside was coordinating with Joan to give the keys and gate opener back. We had an early flight out which would have made Joan have to leave her house at 4am to come get the keys. We felt so bad. We ended up extending our trip by one day and got a hotel closer to the airport for one night. Because of that we were able to have Joan come at 8am for the keys. There needs to be a lock box or something that you can just place keys in and leave. We would stay here again though.

Fantastic Property
Stayed at this property for 2 months! I can definitively say this unit is perfect for a couple. Beautifully designed and decorated and favourite thing to do is taking hot showers after a swim in the Sea. Fantastic location, directly across from a beach area, 5 minute walk to the supermarket (Jordan's) and a few phenomenal restaurants. (Wendy's for their mac pie and Il Tempio for the fancy food and amazing sunset view) Joan the housekeeper was amazing as well! Definitely recoommend this unit and location. Looking forward to the next time I can go back!

Love love the place
First of all I have to say Graham was quick to answer any questions and his awesome house keeper Joan was just a phone call away. I was able to check in earlier than the usual check in time, the place was tidy and clean, it is perfect for one or two people, excellent public transit is steps away and a lovely beach just across the street. Definitely coming back.

This is a perfect rental for 2 people. The owner Graham is great to work with. His communication is timely and helpful. The large outside patio with ocean views is nice for enjoying meals and sunset with a glass of wine. Inside the bed is comfortable and the kitchen works for preparing small meals. For a simple accommodation close to the beautiful beaches of the west coast with numerous dining options you can’t beat this place for value.

i have nothing but positives about our 2 week stay here, the location is great, a super market 5 minutes walk, very good local eateries all within walking distance, the apartment was fantastic, clean, modern very well equipped, Joan the local manager was more than helpful with information, and even took us shopping in Bridgetown, the yellow buses are ride for all that you have to experience, and yes we will be definitively coming back here. you know what they say about location location location, this place ha it all,
