« The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her. It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again. »

« We were not provided check in details until after Noon, they day we were scheduled to arrive, and we had to ask for them. Expedia said they would be provided 2 days ahead of arrival. The host would not provide them until Noon the day of arrival, but even then they did not come. We had to ask for them. The wifi did not work. It was overall disappointing. »

« Check in could have gone smoother. First issue is the the address of the unit is not on the unit. Second was that the keypad on the door was not operational. I had to call the host who told me it was broken and who gave me the code to the key safe and told me we would need the use the key during our stay. « I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff. »
