Staff was very friendly and attentive. The Italian restaurant Noi was phenomenal. But when a pool umbrella fell and hit me on the head, the hotel did nothing. I was in pain half our stay and they refused to do anything, or compensate us for the injury on any way.

I booked an ocean view junior suite with king bed and got 2 queen bed with no ocean view. Upon arrival we were told they have a problem with the air conditioning system at some of the units and don’t have anything else available. They left us with no choice but to take the room with downgrade since we had been waiting and had a long day of travel. When we approached the manager Jose Luis during our check out he was very rude and said we agreed to take the room therefore he can’t do anything about it. I’m very disappointed and feel ripped off. Since I didn’t get what I paid for I should be in title of getting a refund for price difference.
