I had spent 165$ at this hotel and i even paid extra for compensation in case anything went wrong. I arrived early to pay for an early check in and they had denied me for being 20 yrs old, it wouldnt have been a problem but i was then told i wont be given a refund on my money and i was basically out of luck. Worst experience will never go back and would never recommend

Nice place but I was charged $5 for parking. I guess my driving a car was so unusual they had to charge me for the wear and tear on their pavement. Sonesta is trying to compete with banks and airlines in the sleazy add on fees category.

Would probably not stay again. Staff was very nice, but at $130/ night it is not as clean and updated at this ther nearby properties. Lots of nicks in paint, things that need attention in rooms. Kind of “junky”.

Was a bit noisy from guys hanging around downstairs below my window. My boyfriend couldn't sit in the lounge chair in the room because it was broken from previous people. My room had only one chair, so I had my boyfriend sit in it and I stood to eat all of my meals. Front desk lady said we stay there again I can ask for another regular chair. Decent room and got to cook for my man with their kitchenette. Dark room which was great and loved the hot water. 👍

Fantastic hidden gem.
I’ll spend the night because I was having medical visits on one day and test the next day. Living almost 3 hours away it was easier to stay in town. I never knew simple suites was tucked away in the same area where I have stayed for years. God willing I will never stay any place else. The suite was perfect! Service was fantastic my only hit to the property is the parking lot had a lot of leftover snow from the weekend before in the handicap area. I am handicapped so it was straightening getting my bags in and out.

Loved my stay! Very clean, friendly staff! Really nice studio with a small little kitchen and nice bathroom! Didnt need to use the kitchen since we only stayed over night but really nice for someone on business or staying a while!

Fire Alarm going off for extended amount of time before Fire Dept. showed up to turn it off. Bottom floor hallway filled with smoke early in the morning had to pack bags quickly and possibly be ready to evacuate in snowstorm. Neighboring room had bags of trash piling up outside of their door. TV from room nextdoor was so loud i could not a sleep at night, i heard 2 full DW movies through the wall to my bedroom in one night. Small "store" at front desk was overpriced.

The front desk staff was great; the rest of the staff was very unfriendly. Garbage from guests remained in the halls for long periods of time. Entryways stunk of cigarette smoke but thankfully, inside did not. Our room was clean and well-appointed. Hotel location was convenient and in a safe area. overall, a good stay.

It was ok, I wouldn’t stay there again. Could have done without the cloud of smoke every time we went out the exit door but they had lots of signs posted. Also didn’t really appreciate the parking lot party our first night.

Won’t come back.
Not great first impression. A bit run down, but then the room was pleasant enough. It was recently remodeled it seemed. Just felt very ‘matter of fact’ and no frills here. Then, they surprise you with $5/day ‘parking permit’. HELLO- it’s your own damn private parking lot. Charging $5 to park is asinine.
