Weâve been granted with probably the worst room of the hotel.
No light room with the only window giving a view on a big engine that makes a crazy noise. After a 20Hours flight travel we have been barely able to sleep.
There was moisture in the bathroom too.
Staff was quite nice though.
The front desk staff, management, maintenance, and most of the housekeeping staff are excellent. Some of the Housekeeping was extremely poor. The bedsprings were broken. Maintenance did try flipping the mattress which was better for a bit. The door lock was not working right, and the closet door was off the rails. The back entrance sidewalk was broken in places making it hard to unload luggage there.
The hotel was quiet and clean but the cement on the sidewalks and walkways need to be repaired and they could use a better variety of their hot breakfast.
Room 107 is extremely noisy. It is located next to an HVAC/mechanical room, which generates a loud, disturbing noise every 20 minutes lasting 30 seconds; it's recurrent. This room should not be offered as an option to guests. Even while wearing earplugs, the noise woke me up several times throughout the night. It was a very unpleasant experience.
This hotel was neatlly kept and the staff that I had encountred was very nice and professional. I was able to get my questions answered and was nto pushed to move on. The staff was well aware of the needs of my stay and they accomidated me well.
