Our beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers comfortable and stylish accommodations in a prime location. It's the perfect home base for a memorable getaway, just minutes from parks, museums, shops, and restaurants.

As you step into the foyer, you’ll be welcomed by an inviting open-concept layout. To your left, the cozy living room features a fireplace, while the dining area and kitchen sit seamlessly to your right. This airy design creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere and keeps everyone connected.

For entertainment, the living room and both bedrooms have smart TVs with Sling Cable and an HD antenna. You can also log into your favorite streaming services to keep up with your shows and movies.

To make your stay even more comfortable, a dedicated study offers two workspaces with a large desk and chairs. The same room includes a washer and dryer, allowing you to catch up on work while doing laundry. High-speed internet ensures smooth streaming and uninterrupted connectivity.

For those seeking a peaceful retreat, each bedroom is equipped with black out curtains ensuring added privacy and a restful night's sleep.

During warmer months, step outside to enjoy the beautiful Colorado days. Fire up the gas BBQ grill, relax on the patio furniture, and gather around the fire pit for a perfect evening outdoors.

Our property is in an amazing location! You will be within walking distance of two amazing parks, the Littleton Public Library and the Littleton Historic Museum. Gallup Park is two houses away, with tennis courts, a playground, and soccer fields. Ketring Park/Ketring Lake is next to Gallup Park and is perfect for walking or jogging. The park even hosts regular craft fairs that you can attend when you stay at our home. Littleton Museum is integrated between the two parks and has a working 1870s/1890s farm complete with a blacksmith shop, farm animals, and a pumpkin patch.

A longer walk or short drive away, you will find Historic Downtown Littleton, a walkable area with shops, restaurants, and bars. Breckenridge Brewery and Carboy Winery are also nearby attractions, along with the Platte River trail and open space, which provides miles of trails for cycling, running, or walking along the Platte River.

The entire main level, patio, yard, and firepit are available for our guests. There is a small studio unit behind the detached garage that may be occupied during your stay. The property owner maintains living space in the basement but is rarely present during guest stays. All areas are completely independent, ensuring privacy for our guests.

No pets are allowed at this property. Due to the owner's severe allergies, we kindly ask guests with service animals to consider alternative accommodations.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Updated, very clean home. Nice outdoor areas. Loved the Adirondack chairs out front. Beautiful kitchen. Great mattress. The office space was good for working remotely. Near trendy and fun downtown Littleton.

We loved our stay at this modern, ultra-clean and comfortable home near downtown Littleton. The entire place felt like a marriage between an architect and interior designer -- all the finishings are top-notch and designed with guests in mind. And it's rare to find a 2-bedroom rental where BOTH bedrooms have king beds. They were soooo comfortable, with luxury linens, a choice of pillows and a firm memory foam mattress that felt like new. We loved the neighborhood, near downtown and just a short walk to Ketring Park. The only problem we had was that the management company gave us the wrong key code at check-in, but it was quickly resolved by phone. Highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

Pace was very clean, beds were comfortable and outside accommodations (firepit, table, lighting) were great for entertaining. Needed a little help and contacts were great as was communication. Recommend a few more wine glasses and beer steins, but that truly is the only thing we could suggest. Thanks for a great stay and we will be glad to return

We were in Littleton visiting family, and this house met our needs. It’s very well renovated and furnished. Very comfortable beds. Thoughtfully stocked and appointed. It was under 5-minutes driving to downtown Littleton, which was very charming and had good restaurants. We felt comfortable in this home and would stay here again.

Stayed in Littleton to visit family. House was amazing! Well equipped and nice neighborhood. Lots of areas/parks/walking paths for safe walking/running. Walking distance to downtown Littleton. Ate dinner downtown two nights. Visited Littleton museum. Brad the owner was very helpful. Will definitely rent this property again.

We loved our stay at the house. It was super clean, all high-end appliances and furnishings. Great beds, linens. We used the gas firepit one night and had friends over. The bathroom is on the small side, but the laundry/work from home room is set up perfectly to not only work from home--but do makeup, etc. so we had plenty of room so us ladies could stay out of the bathroom. That really helped. Beautifully decorated. We'd defintely stay and recommend. Close to downtown Littleton and easy access to highways to get around. Definitely recommend.
