Un hotel agréable, idéalement situé. Malgré le covid l'hôtel est agréable et s'est arrangé pour que la salle de sports et la piscine soient accessibles.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. One member told me about how to get to scenic sites easily and took the time to detail facts about the area and others near Castle Rock. Breakfast was fair but it was filling. Rooms were comfortable.

Clean rooms. Front desk was extremely slow at check-in. Otherwise good stay. Not many good places to eat in the area. Restaurants locally were OK. I wouldn’t call the breakfast a buffet.

We offer a continental breakfast as well; a buffet would be a bit crowded in our available breakfast area. I am happy to see everything else was satisfactory, however!

Staff were friendly and most accommodating. I lost a key (not room key) and didn’t realize it until we were about 100 miles down the road. I called, they found it and mailed it to me. Big load off my mind!

Not unique, common. Understaffed and hallways needed to be vacuumed. Very nice place, room was clean, beds great. Bkfst was decent and clean area. Supreme value.

This was our first time staying there. We were quite pleased with our room, the cleanliness, and the staff was very friendly. We weren’t very impressed with the free breakfast so opted to leave and get breakfast elsewhere.

Very clean and friendly
It's not a new hotel but it is very well cared for. I was greeted at the front desk and checked in efficiently. The lobby was immaculate. The hotel was very clean from the front door to the room. The little fridge was spotless as was the bathroom.

Nice place, but.
Nice hotel, but the hot tub was out of service and the king size bed was way too soft and did even fit the bed frame. The pillows would fall in between the wall and mattress, so we push the mattress up to the wall and then we keep running into the bed frame with our toes. The room also had a pet urine smell.

The carpeting in the room and hallway could have been a lot more cleaner than they were.. Vacume and steam cleaning is very easy to do with equipment of today. Replace carpeting with tile if carpeting is not going to be cleaned everyday. Other areas front desk etc. very pleased, very nice staff. Carpet has to go or clean steamed. HP

Comfortable stay at a good price.
Comfortable quiet stay at a good price. Easy access on and off I-25. We selected this location due to proximity between Pike’s Peak and Coors Field (in downtown Denver). Very pleased to be staying away from Denver’s heavy traffic and tourist traffic of Manitou Springs. Staff couldn’t be more friendly. Room and lobby were clean but elevator would benefit from some attention.

We were very pleased that our dog was treated very nicely! We had absolutely no issues with the service we were provided. The only issue we had was that the tv was pretty much hard to operate; and in fact, the next morning, we were unable to turn it on at all! But that was our only complaint at all! We will definitely be returning!
