Le service de soir pour le bar et la nourriture était plutôt mauvais. La nourriture aussi était médiocre. J’ai pris le qusedilla et c’était avec du fromage blanc simple et les frite parmesan était ok mais sans plus avec peu de parmesan. Je m’attendais à mieux pour un restaurant d’hôtel.

We stayed at Hyatt House Down Denver for 3 nights and were supposed to have housekeeping services every day but only received it one day and that was after speaking to the front desk workers on 3 separate occasions. There was no compensation for that. Other than that we had a good stay.

Rooms were nice and big, had a room with the kitchen included. Hotel was very nice and clean everyday. Staff was great. Didn't really care for the breakfast but coffee was good.

The parking was difficult. The windows were dirty in our room. No blanket for the sofa bed.

My room was well kept. There was a front desk girl that was over the top nice. We had a wonderful conversation. I didn’t get her name but she is from Newport News VA.

It seams overpriced when you see huge stains in the carpets and on the window shades definitely not worth the over charge but a nice place to stay.

The staff was extremely polite helpful and it seems they took pride in their job. I regularly travel to Colorado Denver and the mountains usually. This was the best hotel I’ve been to in the state. Breakfast alone is worth the stay I will always stay at this hotel when I travel to or through denver

The rooms weren’t fully cleaned and stains littered the room, including one on the pillow that looked similar to blood and a huge blob of hair sitting on top of the shower drain. In addition, they had signs posted that said it was a “No Smoking” hotel - but every time we came down to the lobby it smelled overwhelmingly like weed at all times of the day. I even noticed dry marijuana residue on one of the tables when I went to sit down in the lobby. Lastly, I had been informed prior to our stay in writing that the room would have a little freezer. This was actually a huge selling point for me and one of the reasons why we booked this hotel because I needed to freeze breast milk during our stay. However, there was no small freezer, just a fridge that didn’t get that cold. Very disappointed in the hotel and the service. Just stay at a different hotel - there’s no point in this place.

The suite itself was needing maintenance but due to my schedule I didn’t have time to deal with it. The air conditioning unit in the main room did not heat and it was below freezing each night. Thankfully the bed in the bedroom was king sized so I could share it with my son who was staying with me. Otherwise, the property was extremely convenient to the convention center and a short walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. We will be back in November for another conference.

The Hyatt House was rated really well and it was a perfect place for me for an extended stay while in Denver! Within walking distance of or short train ride to all the sports stadiums and within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping at the Pavilions! Also the heated pool which was nice and laundry service was convenient! Highly recommended!

The hotel was clean but the service was absolutely horrible. Will never waste my money there again. Bar tenders were slow and rude. Front desk staff was slow and offered no help pertaining to the hotel amenities. I think there was a restaurant, but couldn’t find it. Horrible experience.
