Very friendly staff and updated property. I really enjoyed my stay. It’s convenient located, nice access to public transit and also all the tourist activities in the downtown area. 15 min walk to the baseball stadium

Valet parking is $70 a day which is crazy. Went to have breakfast in restaurant and every spot at the bar was filthy. Since I was being ignored I went to use the restroom…. Filthy and no toilet paper!!! Would not recommend

Our valet is 59 a night. It's been that rate for over a year. We do not charge 70 for valet. I'm sorry for your experience at the restaurant. We do the best we can for how busy we are in the mornings. I hope the rest of your stay was good. Take care and safe travels.

The hotel seemed newer and nice. We stayed for two nights Friday and Saturday. We were a group of three ladies. Here is the concerning issue, there were unmarked cars offering rides to people right outside of the hotel. We parked in the ramp across the street, we felt uneasy walking to and from the car. Friday night after dark the area did not feel safe. Saturday night there were more tourists and it felt a little safer. Friday night felt off it’s very hard to explain. Overall hotel was kept up nicely. They do a good job of locking doors after hours and the elevators are card access. If this hotel is adjacent to where you need to be in Denver it’s going to be okay. But if you are not needing to be in this downtown area, head to the suburbs. We stayed because we were attending a show downtown.

Arrived earlier than check in time because of my flight and planned on dropping my luggage off to explore the city, but was able to check in because my room was ready. The staff during my stay were all super nice, and the restaurant downstairs was SUPER convenient. I got around on the bus, which was within walking distance, and also easy as I downloaded it on my phone. There are a lot of other food places nearby as well, so if you didn't want to catch the bus, you could walk, or do as others and rode scooters.

The hotel was good for the price. The water pressure was almost nonexistent. The road noise was loud in the room, even on the 10th floor.

Good morning Stacy! We are a more environment friendly establishment, we conserve water and energy. That would explain the low water pressure. Also, we are in the middle of a very busy city, so I apologize the noise. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback, and hope to see you again the future :)

Hotel was extremely clean, the restaurant attached was extremely good, had breakfast there twice! Conventionally located. Staff was friendly. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

fine hotel but pricey. $59 overnight parking by valet is extra. Drive to Strout street, one block for city garage thats $12 over night. The valet and front desk tried to scare us into using theirs because theft is so rampant. Its fine. Hotel is find, very small lobby-bar-restaurant. Chic yet tired and worn hotel. So many options, this one is okay

If you are checking in after 11, it is extremely difficult. Valet is non existent, you have to find a place to park and leave your keys with the front desk. Speaking of front desk, dead maggots have more personality and friendliness than the night clerk. 0/10 would not recommend. I booked a high floor room, was put on second floor… of a 15-18 story building? The road noise, sidewalk noise are horrible it’s like the window is plexiglass thin. And then the noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs, WOW. It travels directly up the return air shaft and goes late in to the night. The rollers flushing all around echo through the paper thin walls. If I didn’t know better I would have guessed I was staying in a budget inn, not a Hyatt property. I would never recommend this particular property and dang sure never stay here again.

Got the Job Done ! the Staff cleaned our rooms very nice ! free popcorn was in the lounge ! we got the check in early since our flights got moved around was very appericate for the baggage kept while we waited !

Loved the quaint nature of this boutique hotel! Bar was cozy, room was so chic! Close to great food and walking distance to clothe Conference Center! Highly recommend. Had one hiccup with the coffee maker but staff came straight up, changed out the coffee maker and voila!
