This private basement unit is conveniently located 15 minutes to downtown Denver with easy access to Boulder and only an hour to the nearest ski resorts. You will enter into your private back yard patio, with a grill, and outdoor seating area. Next, you will pass the hot tub as you enter your private downstairs unit with a large, open floor plan, with your own pool table and a 65" TV with a family friendly socializing area for everyone to be together.
The space
This basement apartment is located 15 minutes north of downtown Denver. You enter through the side door to your own patio area. Here you can grill out and enjoy dinner outside. Afterwards, you can soak and relax in the hot tub. In your private, open concept apartment, you are able to make dinner and watch your favorite shows on your SmartTV with Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and play some pool afterwards. There are also loads of board games located in the cabinets below the TV. The 3 bedrooms are down the hall, allowing for separation between those trying to sleep.

The bedrooms each have large windows allowing for lots of natural light into the room, but we also have blackout curtains for sleeping in while on vacation. One of the rooms has a desk available for anyone who needs to work or study, as well as an additional table in the pool area or right at the kitchen counter.

Please remember this is a basement unit with a separate Airbnb upstairs, each unit is totally locked off and private, with their own separate entrances and the only shared space is the laundry room and the backyard. Although generally quiet, you will hear footsteps and talking as they move around their unit. This unit is monitored by the same thermostat as the upstairs unit, with that in mind, we have provided each room with extra blankets, a fan, and heater so you can create the perfect temperature for yourself.
Guest access
You will have access to your patio with red concrete with patio furniture. You will have access to a shared backyard complete with various yard games including, cornhole (bags), glow in the dark bocce ball, can jam, and frisbee. You can relax in the shared hot tub, as well. There is a shared laundry room, allowing you to clean your clothes while you travel. You will have private access to your basement apartment with a private kitchen, living room, and pool table, private bathroom and 3 bedrooms.
Other things to note
We respectfully request you do not smoke inside the home. Your private patio is a great area for you to smoke. Please be sure whatever you are smoking is put out completely before putting in the trash receptacle so there are no fire concerns.
