Very rude and unprofessional service at the front desk. Poor management of rooms overbooking and unorganized. We did not get put in the room we paid for at all. Nothing went well.

Great hotel - but absolutely ridiculous to pay $50 for parking EACH night and then additional charge of $35 to check in before 3pm.

Friendly staff, easy check in. Any requests to front desk were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Also good that there is a restaurant, bar and coffee shop on site. Restaurant/bar had a limited menu but the food is excellent as was the service.

The location was great. Restaurants were close. What I did not like was the food of the restaurant. Someone in the adjacent room was smoking pot for 2 night. I informed the front desk but I don't think they had security to address the problem. There is no manager onsite.

bar next door to hotel which is helpful so you don't have to walk to 16th street mall staff is friendly. easy check in, when we got into town and was able to check in 30 min. early.

Hotel was conveniently located downtown, but the massive pile of puke in the elevator and the desk clerks inability to find cleaning supplies to clean it up was a bit discomforting.

This hotel was very close to the convention center and walkable to several places to eat. It was clean and safe. They had coffee in the lobby daily and warm chocolate chips cookies that were a nice treat. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave. I do wish the pillows were fiee and the bathroom has better lighting. They were able to accommodate a late check out so I didn't have to rush to check out after my conference was over. Overall, I would stay here again. .

I like however the parking costed 50$ and it was not refundable. So they made me exceed my budget.

Rooms need to be updated, the bed was awful and hard. The furniture was old and carpet was dirty. At least the tv was updated. Outside of that hotel was not bad for a budgeted stay.

The entire hotel is being remodeled at the end of this year!We are due for our upgrade

Walking distance to all the options downtown Denver has to offer- food/drinks, shopping. Parking is one of the cheapest options around. Safe. Convenient.

I loved that housekeeping was still available even though we were staying more than one night. I didn't like how expensive parking was.
