Overall, the hotel is ok for the price. It didn’t really have a lobby, just an office. No breakfast was offered but there is coffeeemaker in the room. It’s on a busy road so you can hear the cars passing by at night. It feels more like an apartment complex. Overall, the room is clean and functional. There is a view of the city from the balcony

1) Wi-Fi not working there. 2) Room was dirty, floor was not clean and was dusty, I got three big spiders on walls along with other small insects. I do not recommend to stay there if you are traveling with family. Even for me, as a single traveler, it was not a good experience at all. 3) Hair dryer was not working 4) The room number that I got, #116, was so noisy. It was under the stairs, so people were walking and talking loudly all the time even after midnight! So I couldn’t sleep well. This was one of the worst places that I ever stayed in my life. When I shared these things to the management at the check-out they even didn't any word of sorry - they didn't care at all. I am not sure how they received such a high rating. I do not trust ratings anymore...

The hotel staff was great but when I arrived there was tons of black hair all under the covers. I called and they happily changed the sheets for me. Everything else was pretty good

Outdated style-wise but literally the cleanest hotel we've ever been to! We ran disinfectant wipes along commonly missed spots and were surprised to find no dirt on the wipes. It is family ran and everyone was very pleasant. Would recommend the stay, just don't expect anything fancy.

The room was very clean and both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Amenities included microwave, fridge and a large coffee machine. Would definitely book again. The only downside is you can hear the noise from outside which can’t really be helped. My dog and I would wake up every time our neighbour left at 4am.

We stayed only a short time but honestly it was really clean and the front desk was lovely! She immediately asked if we need food recommendations and inquiring our stay if we would need anything else. It was a great price and still near enough to things like food and stores.

While I was searching on Expedia for a place to stay, I set up the searching criteria to have shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, this”hotel” showed up. It is actually only a motel, and there’s no shuttle bus. When I called them and asked them why, I was told it must be the third party searching site that made the mistake. My flight arrived well after their 10 pm checking in closing time so a key was left in the keybox for me. However, my unit was on the third floor and the elevator didn’t work. I had to carry my luggage all the way to the third floor (6 flights of stairs). Luckly I only had a carry-on, what if I have a big check in luggage? Still, the next day, an old knee injury flared up and I had difficult to walk. The unit has a small empty fridge that hummed on and off all night, and there was no bottled water, only a small coffee maker. But after 20 minutes, the water was not even warm, so I ended up drinking tapwater. The place was also cold, I didn’t sleep one minute for the entire night. I texted them this morning, asking about the elevator, there was no reply. However, they sent me two text messages, reminding me about the checking out time. I have spent over $110 between their place and the airport, and plus their $65 fee, I could have stayed in a real hotel near the airport.

We have never advertised nor disclosed that we provide a shuttle service and also informed you of the same information over the phone. You could have cancelled your reservation upon finding out a day before your check in. We had tested the heater and the coffee maker in the room and both work fine. You should inquire and advise of your large suitcase and other issues during your stay not afterwards as we haven;t disclosed or provided any misleading information anything outside of our norm.

This a fine place surrounding by bunch of restaurants. The window in my room doesn’t close tightly and the water for shower is pretty weak. The rest of it is nice.

My stay there was very pleasant. The staff are very helpful, rooms are clean and quiet. You can see them cleaning the common areas every day as well. It is family run, and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. I was on the 3rd floor so there was also a very nice view of both the mountains and the city from the balcony.

Great family run hotel and pet friendly. The price was so cheap. I decided to stay two more nights. I would absolutely recommend this hotel over other chain hotels that are more expensive. The family takes pride in this place. It shows!

I was nicely surprised when i arrived! Everything has been amazing so far. I cant believe it was so cheap for the room i am staying in. I have a dog and its perfectly set up to be pet friendly! Its clean, very quiet and wow to the price! I am waiting for my apartment to be ready to move in and im going to stay here at City Inn for a few weeks now. The hotel is family owned and really take pride in their business. Yoy can tell! The front desk lady was very welcoming and friendly! She even offered to give me a bigger room if i wanted to change rooms aftee tonight. She also told me about great places to eat and made me feel welcome! I picked it because of the low price but now i would choose it because its an all around great place to stay. Home away from home! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Close to RTD train for when we went down to Coor's Field for the baseball game. It would have been nice to have a couple of cups in the room. We left early in the morning and didn't have hot water in the shower.

For starters the shower was shooting water across the bathroom onto the floor and then on the morning on checkout either the owner or a worker there decided to try to proceed to open my door to my hotel room because we were 3 minutes late as I was standing there stark naked and had to slam the door closed I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Thanks for your review and stay. First of all we send out a reminder text for your check out time at 9 am and hence the knocking 3 min after 11 am which is past the check out time. We opened the door because there was no notice or sound from anyone. It is not respectful from you to warn us that you are running late beyond your permitted time and leaving a poor review based on your own disrespectful behavior.

This hotel refused to return my deposit because i have a service animal which I have paperwork for and they knew I had before I checked in… I had a heartattack while staying there and my dog Got on the bed to do his job so they told me I could not have my deposit back which is illegal I will be taking them to court

You are allowed to have your service animal. However forfeiture of your deposit was result of your animal's dirt everywhere and a lack of human hygiene which led us doing unusual and extensive amount of cleaning of the room, complete discard all the sheets and towels, along with you smoking in the room. You have also cussed and called us racially directed names and you ran away faster than the speed of sound when we called cops on your aggressive behaviors. Please avoid going to any hotels with your aggression and disrespect!

This property was decent. When we arrived there were some questionable characters hanging around. The young lady that helped us was very kind and professional. The room was clean. No housekeeping was provided. Overall it was ok. I might consider staying again.
