Shuttle driver from hotel only picked up people from one side of the airport for over an hour and my wife and I had to pay $40 for taxi because it was very cold.

The staff was awesome. I checked in relatively late. They got me into the room fast. The pillows were complete garbage. They looked like they belonged on a couch for decoration and not on a bed. There were 4 pillows on the bed. None of the 4 were big enough to be considered a pillow.

The beds are small...definitely not queens, as advertised...they are full size. Carpet was damp, and windows were open. Remote was taped together. At least shuttle to airport was ontime, and staff was pleasant.

Property felt aged and generally less clean. One elevator was not operating, and bedding was not comfortable. Bedding was washed with heavy fragrance resulting in rashes for my wife and I. Hotel is close to the airport, and I had heard good reviews of Baymont properties in the past, but I won't be staying another one in the future if other options exist. I would liken this property to a Microtel that has not been renovated in 30 years.

Very clean and friendly staff, very convenient if you need are there for travel!! Shuttle will take and pick you up from airport!

The room’s AC unit was terrible and so loud. We couldn’t run it during the night and the room temperature was awful. The bed sheets were thin and no comforter. (Probably because the room was 80 degrees).

I have a mixed review of this hotel. I spent 3 days at this hotel to focus on work with no distractions. My room was exceptionally clean and quiet, however, the upholstery on the couch and chair was horrible and those pieces of furniture were totally uncomfortable. The lobby area and women's bathroom in the lobby were messy and the caulking in this bathroom is disgusting. The breakfast was awful, and the same everyday, and the serving areas were a mess. The woman manning the kitchen seemed to be on the phone most of the time. It was really not worth paying extra money for. Coffee has no flavor, and all the K-cups in my room were decaf. The girl who checked me in was not helpful when I was having problems connecting to the internet. I did appreciate that the Baymont does not charge for overnight parking like so many of the other DIA hotels are now doing. Carpeting needs to be replaced
