Massage de 15 min gratuit!
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à cet hotel. Notre chambre était très grande et propre. Nous avons également apprécié le massage des pieds de 15 minutes offert par l'hotel. Il y avait également quelques bons retaurants à proximité. Nous avons pu nous rendre à la plage à pied et nous n'avons donc pas été obligé de louer de scooter. Par contre, nous sommes restés que deux jours alors pour pouvoir visiter davantage, la location d'un scooter est nécessaire. Nous avons aussi apprécié le fait que nous puissions choisir entre prendre le petit déjeuner au resto ou dans notre chambre. Le personnel était également très aimable et attentionné.

Sanur est une petite station très agréable. Le kamuela est bien placé proche de nombreux restaurants et commerces. les villas sont très bien aménagées: piscine, salon cuisine, chambre et salle de bains avec douche en plein air. personnel très aimable et navette gratuite pour circuler dans Sanur. seul bémol: pas d'accès direct à la plage (5 minutes à pied)

SEJOUR ZEN EN AMOUREUX
Nous avons sejourné deux nuits dans la suite Deluxe mon amie et moi,chambre très spacieuse,lit très comfortable,tout le comfort d'un grand appartement. Le jaccuzi sur la terrasse peut acceuillir 5-6 personnes et a été un vrai régal. La salle de bain comporte cabine de douche et baignoire ce qui est très pratique,bref si il y'a quelquechose à retenir c'est comfort et propreté. Le restaurant propose des plats variés et abordables et les cocktails sont excellents(nous vous conseillons le virgin mojito). Enfin concernant le personnel,toujours souriant,aux petits soins et serviable. Un endroit zen ou l'on s'est bien reposé et relaxé avant notre retour à Paris.

Hôtel Kamuela: confort et luxe abordable
Les chambres sont vraiment très grandes et très confortables. Très grande salle de bain luxueuse et très propre. Jacuzzi sur la terrasse. Lit king confortable avec choix d'oreillers. Il y avait une odeur d'humidité dans la chambre en raison de l'air climatisé, sans toutefois affecter la qualité de notre séjour. Belle piscine. Malheureusement un peu loin de la plage (5 minutes de marche), mais à proximité de tous les bons restaurants de Sanur. Bon rapport qualité prix.

On arrival first impressions weren’t great as villa wasn’t ready at 2 or even 230. They did comp lunch. Day 1 they never did a room turn down. On the plus side villa was huge and pool super clean with beautiful gardens. They offered a free light afternoon tea and free breakfast included. Staff are lovely but I feel they may be understaffed. The rooms are getting a little tired and need some love in places. We enjoyed our stay despite the few things I mentioned

The room that I was put in was facing the road, no windows, music till late from the restaurant across the road, not acceptable. Moved upstairs to the same loud music till late, spoilt my holiday. I only stayed 6 nights as I couldn’t sleep. Asked about villas at the back of the property but none were ever available so I will not recommend this property at all to anyone 😡 So Expedia you owe me for 4 nights.

I was upgraded to a villa once a got there. I have my own pool which was amazing. The place is nice but the door of the room was not sealed when u close it. So in the night I could see lizards inside my room. The surroundings areas are not very pleasant. Not much to see

10만원이 넘지않는다면 추천
위치로는 조금 아쉬운곳이었어요. 또 호텔이라기에는 입구가 너무 작고 좁아서 찾기가 어려웠어요. 베트남쌀국수집 틈새로들어가야 호텔 안내실이 나옵니다. ᆢ 전 카무엘라이름과 현 사가라호텔이 달라 예약시 조금 혼선이 있었어요. 바다가까이지만 도보로 나갈수없어 아쉬웠어요. 하지만 이름처럼 룸이 크고 깨끗합니다. 필터도 깨끗했어요. 조식으로 선택한 일본식 도식락도 맛있었어요. 첫날은 미소국이 아주 뜨겁고 맛있었는데. 다음날엔 미지근해서 아쉬웠지만 잘 먹었습니다.

The Villa was in a quiet area of Sanur on the main street, the staff at the villa and suites we friendly and would go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was ever too much, I would highly recommend this resort and will be certainly staying there again in the future. There is options there for dining there and also a variety of restaurants around, plenty of different places to shop whether you like the markets or shops. It is within walking distances of the main drag in Sanur.

The Sagara Villas were just superb. My husband and I stayed in a two bedroom villa as that was the only villa available when we booked. It was just magnificent ! Everything about it, we just loved it. The pool was spectacular the villas and the living areas were amazing plus the bathrooms were super awesome with the outdoor rain showers! Was such a wonderful peaceful and relaxing experience we will definitely be back! The staff were also fantastic, so helpful and sweet. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room every morning and spent most about time swimming in our private pool...what a great holiday! The villa was in a great area also, very quiet but so close to shops restaurants and the beach. I was so sad that we had to leave, we can't wait to return! Thank you Sagara, our stay with you was absolutely wonderful and such lovely memories.

Sagara was wonderful for a quiet relaxing few days after the noise and busyness of Ubud. The apartment was clean and spacious and the private pool was wonderful. All the staff went out of their way to make it a wonderful break, with their friendly, smiling faces. Nothing was too much trouble

We loved our stay at Sagara. First time back since Covid and it didn't disappoint. Some work being done to the premises but that didn't impact on us. It'll make the whole place better in the long run. Breakfast options are fine and tasty. Western, Mexican and Bali options. The suites are well setout and the air-conditioning is frosty. The pool being so very warm was probably my biggest issue in the whole experience. As usual, the staff were superb. Nothing is too much trouble and we were very well looked. We'll be back again!!

Firstly very disrespectful not to be informed prior to our arrival there was construction happening in the villa next door 7 days a week 9-5pm (however started at 8am and finished 5.30/6pm) no management intervention. Poor form!

It is nice to stay in a boutique property like Sagara. There was always plenty of room available at the pool, and often we had it to ourselves. The grounds are peaceful and quiet. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The location is fantastic with everything you need within a 10 minute walk. The room was kept very clean and the bed very soft. The cons to consider is that all the suites back on to the road which includes a restaurant that plays live music every night from 8-11pm, so please factor this in if it is something that will bother you. The breakfast will be satisfying for most, but wasn't big enough for my husband. All in all I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

9月4日から7日まで2ベッドルームヴィラに3泊しました。こじんまりとした綺麗なホテルで、スタッフの対応もフレンドリーでした。歩いて5分くらいのところにスーパーがあり、買い物には便利な場所です。ただ、ナイトマーケット等は北側にありますので、歩いて行くには40分くらいかかります（Grabを使えばすぐ行けます）。海岸には直接行けませんが、隣のホテルの敷地を通って行きました（特に何も言われませんでしたが）。ホテルのレストランはリーズナブルで美味しかったです。またサヌールに行く時があれば、ぜひ利用したいです。

We stayed in a pool Villa and it was wonderful. The staff are always smiling and very friendly. Nothing was ever a bother. The food from Sagara Villas and Suites restaurant/cafe was very very good and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff, Management should be very proud.

We stayed at SAGARA Villas and Suites for one night only, before our trip to Nusa Lembongan the next morning. We had a really great experience. The one-bedroom villa I stayed in was amazing. A great outdoor shower, as well as an indoor bath and bathroom, a great size room, outdoor lounge, kitchen and a plunge pool. Everything was clean, and the bed really comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing! They were very helpful, and took great care of us. I arrived and had a massive headache, and they went out of their way to go to the pharmacy to buy painkillers for me. The breakfast was delicious, and the Vietnamese restaurant next door was really good too. We wished we had stayed an extra night as the villa experience with private pool and friendly staff were fantastic. Thank you for a great stay, and for taking such great care of us.

Private pool villas were perfect for a couples getaway, we felt like we were the only people staying at the hotel. Sanur is very low key and peaceful with everything you need in walking distance. All hotel staff were amazing and went out of their way to ensure the stay was memorable
