Multiple problème dès l’arrIvée .
Téléphone brisée , wifi in and out. Plage inexistante, c’est un port de bateaux. Piscine avec vue sur toit de engare en construction. Bruit de scies et marteau piqueur du matin au soir. Sale, chaise à la piscine pleine de taches, dégoûtantes! Idem pour chaises au restaurant. Impossible de se baigner dans la mer, eau au genoux sur des centaines de mètres . Plus de 10 minutes de marches dans l’eau sale , polluée au genoux. Marches escaliers inégalés et non standards près piscine , je me suis blessée en tombant . Air climatisé problématique, injecte un taux humidité exécrable dans la chambre , deux fois plus humide que dehors . Je n’ai mangé qu’au Fairmont car je faisais tout de même confiance à la MARQUE FAIRMONT , je me suis intoxiquée avec nourriture. Malade deux jours au lit. J’ai partager partout sur mes réseaux qu’il faut ÉVITER LE FAIRMONT DE SANUR A BALI C’est honteux de la part de cette institution. Je vais au Fairmont régulièrement au Canada et je ne comprends comment il peut y avoir un tel laissé aller . Éviter cet hôtel a tout prix !

Hotel en bord de plage, jardins luxuriants
Séjour très agréable à l'hôtel Fairmont en villa, celles,ci sont très grandes avec un agréable séjour donnant sur la piscine privée de bonne dimension environ 30 mètres carrés. La villa dispose également de deux dressings et de deux salles de bain, la chambre est grande et l'ensemble est décoré sobrement, esprit zen avec une touche d'inspiration locale. Les jardins sont magnifiques, la piscine immense avec une superbe vue sur la plage. Les restaurants sont de très grande qualité.

Très bel hotel
Cette année, nous avons fait 6 haltes à Bali. Le Fairmont est le plus bel hôtel dans lequel nous avons séjourné. Chambre luxueuse de 90 m², mini-bar à discrétion rempli tous les jours, accessoires salle de bain. Service de qualité et très aimable. Taille humaine de l’hôtel, toujours calme Piscine majestueuse. Emplacement bien situé dans Sanur permettant à la fois de se promener sur le chemin longeant la plage et de trouver des restaurants à distance de marche.

Très bel hôtel mais pas de plage
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce magnifique hôtel. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter l’île et éviter les bouchons aux heures de pointes vers les hôtels situés à Nusa Dua au sud de l’île. Cet hôtel allie le luxe et le raffinement ... les chambres sont très spacieuses et bénéficient d'une terrasse extérieure toute équipée (tv, mini bar gratuit). La chambre et la salle de bain sont sonorisées par des enceintes Bose avec un plug pour iPhone (c'est top !). Le personnel est aux petits soins ... nous avons même pu avoir un petit déjeuné à emporter préparé à 2h du matin pour notre excursion sur le mont Batur. Le service est irréprochable (petits gâteaux tous les soir en chambre, bouteille d'eau ...). Nous avons testé uniquement le restaurant de la piscine (le soir et le midi) : les plats sont raffinés et de qualités. Nous conseillons de tester le spa de l’hôtel, qui est certes beaucoup plus cher que les spa des environs, mais qui est bien supérieur au niveau cadre, hygiène, prestation ... un de nos meilleurs massages à Bali et dans le monde. Le seul bémol est l'absence de plage praticable : en effet, l’hôtel dispose d'un petite plage qui est bien entretenue avec quelques transats, mais la baignade est impossible au milieu des bateaux à moteur qui vont et viennent car l'espace devant la plage est un port !

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like is the beach. It was dirty. It may not be the responsibility of the hotel to clean the beach. However if they can arrange one person to keep the nearby beach clean, the quality of staying will be greatly improved. I noticed the hotel in the next door is doing the extra cleaning and the beach environment is much better.

The facilities are old ( well past their days of glory) and in need of major renovation. The room is nice and big but bathroom shower in need of upgrading ( eg needed higher water pressure and shower fixture falling apart). Ceiling in Layang Layang full of water and stains. Also, food was unremarkable bordering bad (eg. rotten tomato served in the breakfast buffet) and certainly not of the quality and variety expected of a five star hotel. Staff are nice and friendly but it seems in need of better training and more direct supervision. Seems more of an issue related to proper management of staff as opposed to a problem with staff. Waitress in breakfast for example wearing food stained uniform. Staff at the security gate not very polite (though there were some good exceptions) . Fitness facilities nice and modern. Main Pool area also very nice though some of the decor like the pink orchid needs to be removed or replaced long ago.

무엇보다 위치가 좋아요. 사누르비치가 호텔 바로 앞이고 비치거리를 걸어다니기 좋고 식당도 많고. 한블럭 걸어나가면 쇼핑, 마사지. 음식점 등이 많아요. 호텔 내는 넓고 조경이 잘 되어 있어 산책하기 좋아요. 수영장은 작은 거 2개, 메인풀은 1.5미터라 어른들 수영하기 좋고 바다가 보여요. 객실은 좀 아쉬웠어요. 주니어스위트였는데 거실이 별도 공간으로 있는데 밖의 창문이 방충망 구조예요. 즉 공기가 다 통하는 구조라 더워서 그 공간을 쓰질 못햤어요. 침실만 쓴 거라 좁았단 느낌이 들었어요. 그래도 충분히 만족한 여행이였어요.

One of the most magical resorts I have stayed at. I felt I instantly at peace there. Great breakfast and were very accommodating to my dietary needs. The room was spacious, bright & clean. The finishing touch on a great experience was the fact they provided 2 x 1.5 litre bottles of water every day and got me more so promptly every time I requested it. Only thing I would have liked is milk in the mini bar for my coffee.

Overall disappointing. This property is not of the standard expected of the Intercontinental brand. The room design was beautiful but there is constant construction noise. The property is in poor condition and far from 5 star and having undergone a complete “refresh”. The view from the rooms to the beach is beautiful but when you look down the giant water feature centre piece of the gardens in the photos which the rooms overlook is surrounded by a horrendously toxic looking green pool. The whole place feels a bit like they are just barely spinning the wheels and looking to offload it to be honest. Had a facial and massage at the spa which were both nice. Breakfast buffet restaurant is probably the only part of the hotel that is actually 5 star and International standard, except the poor staff who were excellent had to try and work around positioning tables so the leaking roof wasn’t dripping on guests heads. The whole place had a bit of a faulty towers hotel feel about it and definitely not Intercontinental brand standard.

Great property for mature adults. Quiet and peaceful. Check in was poor. Arrived late and room not ready. They put us up in another room at midnight and we moved in the morning. Quite spoiled first day. Very clean and large room. Big pool you can lap. Wouldn’t stay again as too quiet for me.

A bit dated but staff were excellent ,the pool was a bit hot compared to other pools we went in , hard to cool off on a 40 degree day

スタッフは笑顔で親切で対応も良かったです。 お部屋も清潔でした。シャワーの水圧が弱く髪の長い人は洗髪が大変だと思います。 セミロングの私も結構時間がかかりました。 朝食ブッフェのお料理の種類は少なかったですが、日替わりのメニューもあったので、まあまあです。暑い国なので仕方ないですが、部屋や 朝食のテーブルに小さい蟻が沢山いて落ち着かない時もありました。 気になる方は対物用の消毒液やウェットティッシュを持って行った方が良いかもしれません。 Spaはお安くてとても良かったです。お勧めです。季節柄気温も丁度良くゆっくりリラックス出来ました。

The room was wow. Big room with comfortable bedding and spacious toilet. However, this hotel is located in a very quiet area. There are some restaurants at the beach but the whole area is boring. The shower water smells of sewage and we had to check out early as my children had developed a rash. Staff were very helpful and understanding. Their service was excellent. But do note that this area is really quiet and lacked vibrancy. If you have kids looking for fun and games and things to see and explore, this is not the place to stay. If you are a retiree looking for peace and quiet, then this is the place for you.

大変静かなホテルでゆっくりできました。 ジムを利用する場合にはルームキーとは別のジム専用カードキーが必要です。フロントでもらえます。 朝食ビュッフェの種類は少なめ。他にオーダーメニューがあります。オーダーメニューは美味しかったです。 ホテルの前の海に魚はほとんどいません。シュノーケリングしても海藻だらけです。プールは開放的で気持ちがいいです。 ホテルとは関係ありませんが、ホテル周辺に放し飼いの犬、野良犬がたくさんいます。早朝ジョギング中に二匹の野良犬に追いかけられ大変怖い思いをしました。逃げている途中に落とした帽子を咥えて犬は去っていきました。 犬が苦手な方はサヌールはやめたほうがいいと思います。
